STEPS OF FOOD DISH MAKING:

1: Pre heat oven to 200C, Shove the mushrooms on a tray thing and put them in
2: Bread, Egg(s), spinach, chopped choritzo and some oil, throw all of this into one of those blender things
3: Ta da, all that stuff magically turned into a stuffing

4: Play an ambush match (wait 10 mins)

5: throw some oil into a frying pan, turn the stuffing into two disks around the same size as the mushrooms, put them on the pan on a low-med heat (basically don't saute them, choritzo flavour is best if you take your time frying it), flip them every so often and cook it through

6: Once the Mushrooms look cooked enough (you cant exactly go wrong with these unless you turn them to ash) serve them on a plate, add a thin/thick/block of goats cheese on top of each disk of stuffing, give them a few seconds on the frying pan to melt it a little

7: put the stuffing disks on top of each mushroom, serve with potato salad (its a salad with potatoes and mayo in it with choped chives, if you dont know how to make this then you have issues)

The number after 7: Bonus objective, if you have 2 spare eggs separate the yolks, before adding the goats cheese do 2x sunny side up slightly runny eggs in the frying pan, make a small hole in each stuffing disk and put the fried yolk inside it, then put the cheese on top, when you cut into it the egg runs out and adds mucho extra flavour to it
