Just needs the fitting skill changed to PG.

I have discovered my personal strengths and weaknesses with my dragonfly speed fit with PLC. Vs heavies it is bloody awesome! Vs mediums its pretty good Vs good scouts, its not so good but makes for fun fights, im sure those with amazing shots can pull off much better than I and now Vs vehicles, its a nice weapon to have because you can engage vehicles. I see the change as beneficial as the rounds are still easily avoided at a distance, but not so easily at close range. I can shoot more dropships down since they can't dodge them so effortlessly or afterburner away so frequently. Longest plasma cannon kill: 236.45m

Yeah with the PLC you can line everything up just right, and after you shoot it it's still 80% luck if you hit the guy The True Shepard.
