When The Dynamic Of Integrity, Proper Communication, Guidance And Direction Is Not Consistent Between The CEO, Directors and Corp members, the Above Happens. I Have Personally Talked With Rampage As I Was There When He Was Dealing With The Slow Destruction Of Hellstorm And The Loss Of Continuity In Guidance And Direction. Its A Tough Situation To Be In. Its Very Easy For An Individual To Develop Skills And GÇ£EliteGÇ¥ Gameplay Stack A lot of Kills And Be High In The Leaderboards For K/D Ratio, etc; But If There Is No Personal Integrity And Lack Of Proper Guidance, Cohesiveness And Direction When In A Squad With Other Players And Corp Members, This Individual Will Not Be Effective For The Squad In General And Definitely A Threat To The Squad In A PC Battle As Well As Be A Disruption To The Corp In General. Boredom Sets In As The Ego Is No Longer Stroked And They Leave For Another Place That Will Entertain This Ego. Multiply The Above Times 5 to 6 for small corps; 10 to 15 for medium corps; and 25 to 30 for Larger Corps and you begin To See Why There Is A lot Of Alliance And Corp Jumping By Individual As Well As Groups Of So Called GÇ£EliteGÇ¥ Players. What Rampage Has Show Us Today (Despite His Past Positioning And GÇ£$%#GÇ¥ Talking) Is Integrity. Its A Hard Pill For Him To Swallow After What He Has Dished Out To A lot Of Us In The Past But I Can Truly Say He Is Eating Them Humble Pies Well.
