That is completely subjective.
Try again.

All bpos remove risk.
If they priced it right, then it wouldn't be half as common as you think.

Anything that removes the risk of running proto gear is detrimental to the game. It has been said before and it is the only argument that is needed. This would be bad for the game.
Now with more evil.

As you can see, every item fitted onto it is non-consumable, meaning I could die an infinite amount of times without risk.
Now let's take a look at this other fitting that I currently have. As you can see, every item fitted onto it is consumable, meaning that each death holds a consequence.
The average payout of a Public Contract ranges from 125-250k depending on how skilled and how well you perform. With that in mind, it would take 14-30 matches in order for you to be unable to run this fitting. Considering how most players have a death count well below 14-30, there is already no theoretical risk involved in running MLT/STD gear.

Anyone would save up some money or beg their parents for a Prototype BPO (keep in mind that most parents these days are stupid and would buy their kids anything).
If it's available, someone will buy/exploit it.

Nah i know its a bullsht idea, but i want it.
And agreed entirely lol.
I know all about breaking the game as i have been using proto aurum since beta. Costs me nothing to die relatively speaking.
Pay to not care lol.

It would be fun if it was a 'novelty' prototype suit BPO, so there are side effects like:
-Suddenly movement ceases for a few seconds -Weapon jams -Vision blurs -Random messy explosive deaths for no apparent reason -Hacks get cancelled on the last bar -Equipment can't be selected -Grenades blow up in your hand
etc. etc.
Which is what 'prototype' usual means, anyway. Cutting edge technology but unstable. Don't know why CCP picked that term to describe high-end gear... but whatevz.

Just don't mention the imaginary economy that we never had. I canGÇÖt afford to run Proto Suits all the time, or even 20% of the time. With this I could run Proto Suits All the Time!
It would be totally PAY TO WIN!
