There is an inherent benefit to having CPM members who disagree on things. Namely, that CCP sees both sides of a debate, rather than getting a single player's agenda on a balance change. I actually am more willing to be critical of vehicles in balance discussions because I know Judge is there to counter my views. And then CCP devs themselves are very data-driven as well, using statistics to determine what needs to be changed and how.

Actually, you could be less juvenile. I was actually talking in a CPM channel today about how much I wish Judge was actually online earlier today. I myself was posting, because it was being discussed actively. I would like to have represented his opinion, but was more concerned I wouldn't represent it correctly or authentically.

To be honest, ACT1ON, you really have no idea what goes on in balance discussions. But as CCP Rattati stated, the RoF change was his decision alone* (though I agree with it). The swarm buff and afterburner nerf discussion was more extended, and included both Judge and myself. I still feel swarms should've gotten a lock range buff, personally.
