TEAM OPPORTUNITIES
I am currently looking for three to four teachable and reliable mercenaries to help us round out our squad for morning play.
ROLES NEEDED
We need many roles and our seasoned squad-mates can augment any needs on our end to sustain our teams; so please feel free to play your favorite role while you get to know us and how we fight.

HOW TO JOIN US:
1. Please first visit both our websiteGÇÖs GÇ£AboutGÇÖ and GÇÿRecruitmentGÇÖ page, in order to understand who we are and what we do BEFORE you contact us. IF YOU CONTACT US BEFORE you read the about and recruitment tabs, you will be wasting both of our time.
2. Sign into the DAR REC chat channel during the aforementioned times (from 07:00-08:00 CST or 12:00-13:00 and let us know you are looking to team up with us in the mornings.

*Naturally, those who play more will be kept on primary lists for PC purposes, with the less reliable schedules filling a secondary slot.
**Full disclosure, for those seeking leadership positions in DAR, this is a long-term commitment with typical leadership duties. Perspective leaders must have computer access, microphones, must be able to log on to multiple websites, shared drives (such as Google Drive), and is expected to maintain reliable communications with his team.

This is not a job offer.
This is an opportunity to get paid for your efforts in my team while we build it and test certain theories.
I am looking for quality players to augment our team from 0700-0800 CST, or 1200-1300 UTC (M, W, and F mornings), I will pay an additional 125,000 ISK per authorized match (negotiable upon performance).
I will pay an additional 2,000,000 per week for capable Vehicle Commanders, plus replacement vehicles per authorized match (negotiable).
Qualified candidates must be prepared to grind out many missions in basic or BPO fits with the option to step up your game to proto occasionally when requested. Perspective candidate must not be uncomfortable with risk, and willing to disregard personal stats (KDR) in all public matches.
WARNING: Your clones will be put in harms way, often and for reasons you may not understand nor like very much. If this thought gives you fits, this opportunity is not for you.
Proto suits a nicety, not a necessity. Tactically sound team players with solid dropsuit upgrades skills capable of fighting well in Basic and Advanced fits will be considered before proto hollow-men.
Teammates who have more than one role they can fill competently (i.e. logi/heavy AV or AP) will be given special consideration. The more roles you can competently fill the more valuable you will be.

HOW TO JOIN:
At the designated time and days, locate the DAR Team Selection Squad In Neocom>Battle>Squad Finder. Look for a DAR Corporation Listing which will read something like "Mics Required - DAR Team Selection."
Once in squad please follow the instructions of the squad leader and his assistant(s). Please be patient while any AARs are being conducted and information is being exchanged and recorded.
We try to deploy every 5 minutes after the last battle, situation permitting.
