So from the looks of it we will be hitting that 2mil mark for the clone challenge. I popped on a omega booster so Ill get I think 3 million SP?
So if your a tanker which are currently in the few and your looking to get into PC here is what you may want to do.
GET PROTO UPLINKS
This has always been a rule in Molon Labe but I have remained exempt from it because Im pretty good. Than again I have not really heard of it being enforced that much but it is a requirement to to PC tank in our corp. So with this event I will being spending my SP into proto uplinks and a ammar logi lvl3 so I no longer have to be bugged about it. (plus it should be handy in pubs)
FIND A TANKING PARTNER
Even for someone of my level its hard for me to take on more than one tank at once. Sure I do it all the time but there are always those moments I magically manage to **** up in a PC where I couldn't do in a million years in a pub. In most PC battles though I am the only tanker on my team and even if there is another one they are likely blaster so don't rely to heavily on that other tank you have to be able to help yourself.
GET YOUR FITTINGS RIGHT
Down to the ******* point. I of all people know how costly fitting OPT skills are but they have to be done.
MURDER TAXI TANK?
Get a HMG often times will get out of my tank with a hmg to kill off dbag AV that think a rail tank is all but defenseless I assure you mine is not. Hopping around in front of me with a swarm launcher is is only going to get you killed I promise.
GET ALL THE PROTO MODS
Every single tank mod important even though they are in the few, they are still important. Going into the fittings for these mods is the painful part but it has to be done.
That's about all im willing to tell over a computer here is a example of what PC is like. (excuse my terrible shooting my new controller is **** ill get a actual sony brand some time soon)

Well if you didn't turn on a booster omega it would only be 2mil so. work from that.
for you tank... 2 hardners is hard to fit for me and I doubt you have gone that much into armor fittings so I suggest balanceing your tank out. Nothing unique I mean shield boosters and all on maddys are not recommended by me.
Put a basic plate a basic Rep and a basic Hardener. that particle cannon has ton be knocked down to a accelerator or a basic rail. Tanking is to expensive right now for almost no reward.
Try to run your party tank more often with squad mates only with a gunnlogi Just basic main rail and basic small rails. Put at least one rail damage amp on (it will apply to both large and small) and some shield mods I personally prefer a fuel injector. One armor plate and a rep is needed even if its in the 60mm lvl |

One armor plate and a rep is needed even if its in the 60mm lvl Aye, I threw the Omega on last night. It is a hard fit (the 2 hardeners) - I'm running the Enhanced, but still need the CPU mod(s). I DL'd the vid and paid attention to the fit - I noticed the lack of shield mods on the Gunnlogi. I'll give that a shot (armor tanking with a fuel injector) tonight after I get my 10 match quota on my other toons. I really need to get the skill for the damage mods trained up. They're too hard on fitting at MLT level.
Alright man good look and I know your pain with the damage mods getting that skill to 5 is 777300 along with 1000 other of my tank skills. |

Of all the scrubby tactics in this game, this has to be one of the scrubbiest, IMO. An hmg heavy in an HAV is basically a tank in a tank, and has a free extra life, as long as he can just jump out and continue fighting whenever he's in trouble. CCP seriously needs to implement a delay between exiting a vehicle, and firing a weapon.
Oh I I know how bad it is but I wouldn't have to be doing all this **** if you guys were not to scared to fight my tank straight up. Its your fault not mine  |

LOL I know dude I got my MH-82 and MLR mixed up that's why I over heated in the first place and he still got dropped dude was ******* sad.
