Since this is a Corporation Recruitment thread, I'll be forward with you. At the moment, it's only myself in this corporation; therefore, I won't tell you what my corporation is all about or what it's accomplished, but rather, what I have planned for this corporation becoming.
Starting Small - I don't plan on us becoming the top PC corp out there or conquering every planet I see or hear about, no, I set my sights on Pubs and Factional s. That's where I want to lay our name at. Not to say PC won't become viable in the distant future, but, a baby isn't born and immediately wants to walk.
Foot Soldiers - I want a corp known most for it's ground warfare. I feel, personally, that if we have our foot combat (sounds funny, I know) to the highest possible caliber, then we'll be able to better overcome any battles we're in. That doesn't mean we won't have tankers and drop-ships, but, I don't want a team that's suddenly lost and in dismay once they lose a few vehicles. Many things fall under having well trained foot soldiers, such as team work.
Common Sense - Everyone in the corp needs to have common sense; don't be an absolute idiot on the field. We all have funny moments(Shooting a tank with a combat rifle was my personal favorite I did) but if you see the field is covered in Vehicles, don't come out with an AR constantly and think you'll do something. Play and Counter Play.
Newberries and Blueberries - We're gonna surely get new players. As long as they aren't a complete nuiscense and annoying, be fair in how you treat them and others. Not to say be a goody two shoes, but treat them how you'd treat your little brother or sister. You get to bully them but if anyone else does then there's problems.
This is generally what I'm looking forward to our Corp being represented as until much further in the future. A ground Warfare corp that's like best friends/family and has enough knowledge to be competent on the battlefield if not completely outplay the enemy.

Just a bit more honesty, if you're a newer player, I'd recommend joining a more established Corp. Not to say that I wouldn't do the best I can to assist you in Merry and Hell; however, you would probably be able to gain more assistance and get a better foot hold at a corporation such as the learning coalition or Dust university.
