I have a different fit which is basically the same, only replacing one reactive plate with a repairer and a damage mod with a shield extender.
This puts me at the same HP but with double the armor regen.
Also, you SEVERELY underestimate the power of an assault sprinting at 9m/s.
That speed saved my life far more than any amount of extra HP I can put on would have.
