So either the other team is decent but not good (like a few random big corp mini squads) or they completely suck.

I usually get one sided matches now. Sometimes I get put on the side with 5 red letters, and other times I get put on the team with 5 blue letters.
I don't know how people get balanced matches. Hell, I'm barely doing anything and I still end up with the same type of matches. |

Could this still be a problem due to the servers players are choosing and the population at the time?

no matchmaking will ever fix this IMO
1) dust population is too small
2) kdr pussies leaving matches when seeing any resistance
3) big corp godlike (in their own heads) players leaving matches when getting spanked for a minute, or seeing same people on opposing team.

Recently had two top ten players tell me they leave when getting beaten. So sad.

how come kdr is not affected when you leave mid-match? if your excuse is your internet sucked, there is no way your internet sucked 5 times out of ten. |

you can't really fix matchmaking when everyone in the game sucks.
if you want a challenge, go do some PC.

Sigh it's not matchmaking it's TEAM-making.
If a protostomping squad is put into the 32-person game player pool usually, it's like throwing a lion in with a bunch of deer.
Now, the tougher deer are put against the lion and the lion is forced to cooperate with weaker deer, but that doesn't change the fact that it's a lion.
Matchmaking would seriously negatively impact DUST with our low player population. Team balancing was a good move by CCP, and it seems to work most of the time, better than nothing. If you guys only get games where the other team is average or suck, then I will give you the compliment you want: you're better than others.

I am ome of these 2 players, and I can tell you that your statement is not true. What I said was that I leave very one sided matches, and told you to call it matchmaking. This includes matches that are one sided in my favor. It has nothing to do with KDR. I run solo, with no corp, no squad, and do NOT protostomp in pubs, so that tells you I dont care about KDR.
But I will leave a one sided match, at the very begining, if I choose to play it, I ALWAYS finish. I leave one sided matches in favor or against me for 1 reason. They are not fun. I play for fun, and being the only dot hacking against raging buthurt proto squads of nerds with tiny penises, is not fun. Its also not fun to be on there team, because then I am chasing kills in the redline.
Now proto squads of bigger corps do this all day, which is why I have never joined them. But this is the truth. Not the lie you posted about "getting beaten". Be factual, and do not intentionally misrepresent the truth about what I say please.
