I wouldn't blame CCP one bit if they don't get to Legion, or stop putting so much effort into a dying game. Why come to forums and be so hateful to someone who has brought the community a pretty decent game and did it for free. What have the haters done for the community? Have they designed a better game? Have they submitted a resume to CCP offering their skills as a game designer? Some of you are gonna live a miserable life if you always focus on the negative. Have fun. Die over and over. Laugh about it. If your not having fun don't play the game. You do have that choice. Nobody likes it when people **** in the pool. |

Yup thats true, but there was too many thingies (what they promises to us) unresolved. Thats second thing. I know its free to play and other thingies, but honestly they made this. They are the core of problem, from what there is so much bad blood on forums. Im honestly gratefull, they made ths game, but im disgusted by that PR lies what they sent to us. Its basicaly easy, if they fix it everyone will like game. If not why that broken prosmises before?! When they will be straight from start, there will not be this.
I kinda new and don't know the whole story, but if I'm not mistaken leadership of project has changed many times? Progress is still being attempted and it seems everyone has decent things to say about new leadership in place. Motivation quickly dwindles though if there are no positive comments being made about the effort and eventually they are just gonna give up. They have more tolerance than I do thats for sure and I try to be a pretty nice guy, but if I had to read everything negative every day and no appreciation shown for my efforts I woulda packed it up by now.
Also how come all the bitter people still come to the game or forums? Share each others email, or skype or play another game together, or admit you like the game more than you act you do and give the developers a damn reason to care. |

Second was all the things that were promised and never received. Fighter jets, speeders, maps, ect. The game is now dull and boring! You can only play the same 4 maps for so long before you blow a gasket!
I would have paid REAL MONEY for the jets and speeders,maps. Now I get them for FREE elsewhere.
They have fked this game up so bad, only the kiddies will play it.

While you "free players" were used as meat shields, some of us vets actually dropped a LOT of dough into this game. It makes me sick now to see how stupid I was to spend money on this game.

It kinda seems like they approached the entire game wrong. They tip toed around dabbling with an FPS instead of jumping in head first. They had/have a brilliant idea for the game and instead of marketing it like any other successful franchize has done, they gave it away for people to freeload with a handful of people to have the option to donate with aurum and bpo's and such. Kinda why I started the thread in the Legion section. I wonder how good Legion would do if they advertized better, posters everywhere, pre-orders. Hype it up for what the game realistcally could be if they had an influx of revenue to work with?
All in all do people like to constantly hear negativity? I'd much rather play in game and on forums with more light hearted people. Games are supposed to be relaxing, ther is enough stress in life. |

There are many mercs who bought PS3s just to play this, and some spent lots of money on boosters.
I spent some, but very little. I was waiting for them to show me something more than what I saw before I spent some legit money, and I am glad I did.
Lastly, CCP got some free game testers and free feedback. They didn't pay us one dime to point out their glitches and bugs, and to give them the data they needed to make the game better.
I love what Rattati and Logibro have done, but make no mistake, this was no gift. One way or another, we all payed. If not in money, certainly in time and energy.
I gladly paid my time and am not asking for anything in return. CCP doesn't owe anybody anything. They could all put up the middle finger and then everyone would have good reason to complain. And if someone spent the money on a ps3 just to play this game the only person they shoud be complaining about is themselves for not being more responsible with their money. |

Not sure how trying to increase positive vibes got turned into such a rant, but I apologize. I guess I'll go buy a gaming pc for Legion and come back here all butt hurt at CCP for making me buy a new pc because they promised it would be better than Dust.  . I actually hope things get better but if they don't I won't blame someone else for making me spend my money. That would be my fault. |
