Hey Rattati, I was just wondering if you guys were still trying to move the Code Breakers over to the highslots?
I know there was an issue because this hasn't been done before but would like to remind you that it will most likely be worth it,
Especially to armor based Logistics.

You expect armor tankers to have worthwhile modules beside damage mods and extenders?

This is something I really hope they are able to pull off. Yes, damped, kincatted minja with cloak and a full rack of codebreakers would be awesome and not OP in the least. Yeah, I am sure the notoriously difficult to fit Minja would be able to fit all those ON A SINGLE SUIT...
Are you seriously going to complain about a Minja wanting to fit something of any value in his/her High Slot OTHER than shield extenders?
Wow. Look, if you are one of those people that think tanking is the be all end all, maybe I shouldn't even bother with you.
If you think that a Minja who can hack and has less HP for doing so is somehow more OP than a Minja that already has fit kincats and damps PLUS shield extenders, I think you are mistaken.
Not to mention the fact that there is no way that a Minja can fit any, much less all, of those things because of fitting constraints.
It is obvious you are just looking for something to whine about.

Minmatar is the hacking logi. It's shield based, and you're saying it shouldn't go to the one that specialises in hacking?
Let's look at your statement... Amor logis can stack plates, and codebreakers? How is that even remotely balanced against the shield based, hacking logi? It isn't.
Lol fail, mainly because it takes 3-4 modules to run shields (3 high,1 low) as to the 3 low slot armor option.
This would make armor logistics OP. And show shields are even more obviously lacking.
In the lows you're forced to choose between tank or speed,in the highs it throws an overwhelming amount of favor to armor tanking suits.

I would rather see Logis with codebreakers than Logis with armor+shields or armor+damage mods.

The issue with Codebreakers in Highs is it would take away from Shield suits, which require more slots to be effective. This is just a radical idea, but what about a module in both low slots, AND high slots?

The problem is that I won't be able to run 343 shield tanked minmatar scouts that hack in .001 seconds so I disagree with the OP.

If we're making inane comparisons here,Min scout is better with KN than the Cal scout. Even though it's Cal tech.
See? They had nothing left for Min bonuses so they threw a bunch of crap together hoping it would stick. Taking bonuses from the suit(s) they belong on and putting it on a suit that shouldn't have it,all because they had nothing left.
If they hadn't stolen the Cal scout and Min logistics bonuses Min scout would just be a basic light frame knock off, don't forget that.

The point was that I have been a Logistics player for well over a year pleb. That goes to your comment saying that I'm not a Logistics player if your brain was too slow to process that. So no, there's no Pedestal here, only trying to tell the little man with a big head that the person he's talking to is well familiar with Logistics.
I'll treat people with respect as long as they treat me and others in my thread with the same. Don't come in here talking that kind of **** with accusations because I will get hostile real quick.
And let me breakdown the second point for you using examples.
In this game you have traits that two races can be good at but in different ways. In DUST Minmatar are better passive hackers by themselves while the Gallente prefer to be active hackers.
The same is true with Caldari and Gallente in regards to Stealth and Scanning.
Caldari are better at passive scanning that the Gallente (Scout bonus) while the Gallente are better at active scanning (Active Scanner)
Gallente are better at passive stealth (scout bonus) while Caldari are better at active stealth in a sense (cloak).
The Minmatar have the bonus to nova knives literally because CCP has a hard on for anything Caldari. If it wasn't for the fact that Nova Knives were the original melee weapons (That means when you performed the melee action Nova Knives came out) back in beta the First knives to be introduced would certainly be Minmatar, or at least all of them since concept art does exist but I'm pretty sure the forums were unanimous in decision that Melee and Minmatar go hand in hand just like how Long Range and Caldari go hand in hand.

This is something I really hope they are able to pull off. Yes, damped, kincatted minja with cloak and a full rack of codebreakers would be awesome and not OP in the least. Well to be honest I do see your point with lightning fast hacks and speed but with that suit you're literally trading all of your health for the ability to do that, and that's on a suit that has the Lowest ehp in the game, the old uplinks would have more health than the proposed suit does.
There are fair trades in this game, being a paper thin suit that can be killed by looking at it is more than a fair trade.
I'll assume you're talking about the Proto Minmatar Scout.
The proposed suit would have a Hack Speed of 2.99 with 212.5 health if you put two kinetic catalyzers or two damps with no health the max you could get would be by using a complex armor repair and it would put you at 361 but also slowing you down a nice bit (especially knocking down your strafe speed which can not be supplemented)
So in that, if you gave up all your health to be a scout, by all means should be able to eWar the hell out of the enemy.

If you would have put those details in the OP, instead of "armored logis would benefit" we wouldn't be having this discussion right now.
From now on put your reason in the OP instead of calling people your version of "uncivil" for not being able to read your mind. You must assume that anyone reading your post has never played EVE,or don't worship lore like some overzealous RPers do.
