Im surprised no one else uses it that much, Its great! After the accuracy buff, it is by far the highest DPS weapon in the game. Not even the Six Kin BHMG, or the 20 GJ Particle cannon come even close. They round out at 1387, and 1950 DPS respectively at optimal range and conditions without damage mods. The ion blaster has 4000 DPS with ADS 5 and GADS 5!

How are the Gallente supposed to tank?
other than that, theres no real '"one size fits all". keep going until you find the right fit or you run out of isk.

Its actually pretty good against Pythons, Myrons/Vipers(to an extent) and Onikumas/Sagas. It does no real damage against HAVs though.

And you need to be very close to the enemy to actually use it while with small rails i can keep distance and see swarm launchers or forgegunners. It's no different than flying littlebirds in battlefield. You can basically practice there and apply it here.
