(The CAR-9 is stupidly powerful, as much as i'd love a proto version i think its powerful enough :P)

Seriously thought this isnt a good enough reason not to have it added...the adv ScR,RR,CR,ACR,AR,HMG,SMG,ScP, etc...are pretty powerful already but they have proto variants....
