The Nerf Buff cycle has done nothing but hollow out all of DUST from active players, now it just has a couple bitter vets and a bunch of people that drunk downloaded the game. The fact that you think that nerfing and buffing things is a vital part to DUST speaks pretty loudly about your character. Every gun has been OP every gun has had a nerf.. We have gone full circle in this cycle 3 times and it has again done nothing but make players leave.
I have played every role in this game for a year... then watched it evolve to the point it is now... I know my history of why things got changed and largely when. I have seen every role compete and play in PC against the most competitive entities that existed in this game. You can magically think this makes me biased to the entire game? But you would need alot of drugs to think that makes any sense what so ever, or is a valid argument in any way.
The Problem with your entire scout argument is you seem to think the bells and whistles they have, has suddenly made them able to sneak up on you and use a shotgun. That is sad... Because a decent scout could always do this even for the 4 months scouts spent struggling in competitive play. They still snuck up on you and shotgunned you. The speed, The regeneration speed((Which seems to be your main argument) Has always been there on scouts since their inception when they where called Arbitors not scouts.

Like you seriously said this with a straight face and utter confidence? You put a Proto Gallente Assault and scout in the middle of a field and have them duel.... The Assault wins every time. Why? they have more damage and health.... The thing that scouts sacrifice, you know?. You stack health onto a scout and you loose your big claim to their speed, Ewar, and utility. Every scout knows this and has said this all over these forums thousands of times.
Scouts are not like every suit in the game, nore are heavies or commandoes or assaults or Logi's... They all need distinct differences in both positives and negatives.. Every suit in the game has a counter like the playerbase has been asking for since Uprising 1.0. So if every suit has a counter... Balanced?
Your entire argument is based on your experience with a Gallente proto assault versus your abilities in a Proto Gallente scout.. Might I suggest that you are biased? Kalente Schiffer went Galente Assault after the 1.8 patch when scouts where never stronger in the game... And Assaults arguably UP, in any straight up fight or trying to cloak or be cloaked infront of him... the scout died in seconds.. Whether it is one of the better players in the game or if it is was you. Fast forward now? there is no contest. Except when the Gallente Assault is not paying attention to their surroundings and enemy positions.
