I don't know. I kind of think they're both part of the "Dust 514 Experience."
You can't have one without the other, and they feed each other. Also, everyone's opinion is different. Even when I'm getting pubstomped, I can still find something fun to do in this game (whether it's just switching to a cheaper suit, running crazy fittings to get rid of stuff, aimlessly driving in an LAV, or taking a small rest while "sniping").
I like Dust 514.

the forum is great - but the game is greater. you really have no fun playing it? I'm a bog standard player who gets shot/blown up/knifed/stomped/tanked/dropshipped and all the rest with frightening regularity. and i'm loving pretty much every battle at the moment.
