I suggest tomorrow (10.09.2014) after Downtime:
1. Form 2 Squad.
2. Run amarr vs matari as an example.
If does not work:
1. Form 4 Squad.
2. Run amarr vs matari as an example
ingame chat channel FW-TEST is created, anyone can join.

Whenever I get into a FW match I am immediately kicked.

most of the time it is because there is a lack of people to fill the opposite side to start a match because cal have been soundly beaten back in FW and amarr arnt far behind. and because of that every one signs up as gal or min for the HOPE of a game/win

I will tell you why people dont bother with FW. For the longest time the rewards were lack lustre. Even after spending a lot of time trying to grind up your standings, you really didn't get a huge benefit from it.
People then became apathetic about the whole of FW. Not only that, if your team does not win then you get peanuts for payout..... who the HELL is going to play for no reward?
Its really quite simple when you think about it.

How long has it been an issue? I tried fw awhile ago to see how generally fw is progressing because no one really talks about it much on this forum , but I couldn't get a game sometime around noon after searching 30 plus minutes . |

I'm minmatar so i need minmatar FW to get the gear that works best for me. Can't get into FW for the life of me. I could do other FW battles. Gallente sure but still, i want minmatar LP not anything else. If you say amarr,...........well i'd say you are the most wonderful troll and i would net you 10 million isk for giving me 5 good reasons why i should run amarr FW as minmatar......anything related to slavery nets you negative points.

No one cares about FW man. They play it for their time to get their items and they're out. Plus Destiny is out so you definitely won't see too much activity there. That and I believe Caldari has just been kicked into (don't know what faction you play though, just saying) the dirt with their own self help shoveling procedure.
FW is a complete and utter failure. Damn Loyalty Points for a game mode in a FPS title consisting of console players where loyalty doesn't mean squat to a bunch of item whores who use FW to farm SP, KDR, and LP to gain items on the cheap to continue playing pubs.

While your choice of words leave a lot to be desired.... I 100% agree with pretty much everything you said.
I tried to explain something similar to this to True Adamance (As I know he is big into the lore and RP). To be honest with you I'm not a RP-er but I do have an interest in FW actually being meaningful.
But like you said, especially with the way it is now, it's not really that meaningful at all. Mostly for the reasons you pointed out and more.
