-As i can surmise from reading the latest few posts, there are still a lot of broke motherfockers who can't afford to play Destiny. There are also a lot of latin american groups playing this game because they also can't afford to get Destiny and their connections aren't up to par to play Destiny (as it kicks you out of games for slow connections)...

So yeah, lots of people are staying in DUST.. Enjoy the lagg, the glitches, the .. w/e else you guys are complaining about still lol.

I have zero complaints with Destiny other than, "Why don't I have enough time in the day to keep playing!!"

Oh work, school, you really do drain the energy from me!

A SP refund would solve all of these issues .

I'm tell you , all of these " anti " players will see that because there's nothing here to see and keep fooling yourself about Destiny because just because you don't like it ... you really don't understand what that game could do to Dust no matter if your a fanboi of Dust , that game and at this time ... right now is just too dangerous .

CCP you need to amp up your game and do the right thing .

explain why cod sells so much then. it is only 6v6 and has aim assist. while i hate cod, i have to admit, the game sells. developers do not care about your standards. they want to make a game that appeals to masses of people not a certain niche. it is about money. you are fooling yourself if you think otherwise.

Marketing is king. CoD spent 1 billion dollars just shipping retail copies. They had Eminem make a song for them... Had Monster energy drinks endorsements.. They spent roughly 1.5 billion Marketing CoD Ghost.


Activision spent 500 million Marketing Destiny.

CCP Spent 1-2 million Marketing DUST. In 3-4 years.

Nearly every complaint you hear about a console player's negative feelings of PC gaming is completely around cost. Not just the cost of a budget gaming rig... That initial cost isn't that much more then a PS4... It's more the cost and expertise needed to upgrade and maintain a gaming rig. Even PC gamers for life can struggle with this.


I have a 3 50 BR characters for each race in Planetside 2... It's not a very long term appealing game unless your completely with the social aspects of making an Outfit and playing with platoons of peers in organized strategies. Solo play is abysmal.

And lets be clear... The Aim assist on DUST and the ability of it to lock onto targets long enough to provide sustained fire to kill them Is no different then Destiny's... Destiny has 1-2 shot kill ability with nearly every gun, That aim assist was put in place so casual players could compete with the High skilled twitch players as 1-2 shot = death from them.

DUST gives aim assist becomes it assumes people can't aim for themselves. Not to compete in a twitch environment.

Worst is DUST HAD no aim assist for a year.... Then one random patch they put in the bottom of the Dev blogs a 8 word sentence about aim assist addition.

As far as Aim assist on PVE in Destiny? "Yes, you can turn off aim assist. That will get rid of the assisted aim tracking. That does not get rid of the hit detection on shot assist that comes with your weapon's accuracy stat. <---- All DUST should of ever got.

I expected alot more from bungie. oh well.

If only dust's gameplay was as fluid as destiny...

Dust has a much deeper gameplay in terms of PvP. Far more tactical and innovative then Destiny' s arena style shooter BUT because of the constant terrain glitches that have been present since closed/open beta, lag in terms of random spikes and imo rather shotty hit detection coupled with their ridiculous bullet magnetism, I'll stay with Destiny for awhile even with their assisted tracking that happens from time to time.

I absolutely hate the three man fire team set up as it limits and alienates many friends, but with raids now happening at least you can get a group of 6 together and have a go with figuring out puzzles and mini bosses together at a higher level of difficulty then regular missions/strikes.

No game is perfect. As a player you need to decide what's more important for your tastes and ENJOYMENT as this is why we all invest money and time into video games.
