Yeah, I actually plugged my PS4 controller in to test it, and as I logged in I got a mail to play a PC match.
Didn't even realize I was using it until I looked at my score at the end of the game

Ok thanks! Probably going to sell everything PS3 but the system itself (just for Dust) and picking up that sexy white PS4 Destiny bundle. |

I'm keeping the ps3 only for dust. The only ps3 game i still wanted to get eventually was the last of us, and i can just get the remake for current gen. Skyrim will be the only thing i actually miss. (And when i get my uber pc for legion I'm sure the elder scrolls VI will be out and i can get that then)

You can pair the controller with the ps3 by pressing and holding share+ ps button.
It is done the same way as any blue tooth device.

Yes. If you don't sync the controller, you need to use the charge cord and have it pugged in at all times.

im not sure if Resident Evil 6, Dragon Age 2, or Gran Turismo 5 will be available so I'm keeping my PS3 until then. oh and dust. i would have even more games than that but i got into the PS3 very late in its life cycle. i pretty much just got it last year. |

Yes. I got a DS4 prior to getting my PS4 to use for Dust.
It works out very well. Just know that since it is more sensitive, some of the minor movements you make with the sticks result in much more minor movements than would have occurred with the DS3.
It will take some getting used to, but overall I find it significantly better.

Does it still have that little "catch" around the center of the joysticks like the DS3?
