for their leaderboard stats (kdr/wp/kills) add them as a contact, go to leaderboards, list contacts.
sp/skill tree? no.

You can check someones KDR by looking for them in the leader board. I would say adding them to your contacts is the easiest way to find them on the leader board but sorting it by contacts can be buggy and show people that aren't in your contacts instead of the ones that are.
You can't see their SP or how they've spent it though.

The stats you are looking for are Ingame.
You can search by a player name in the contacts section, then look up the character stats from there.
