Nothing will change. Those who have been around are aware that the bug count in Dust 514 is legion.
There is no further development of the PS3 client known as Dust 514. The entire development team is currently working on a project referred to as Legion. There is no commitment to either fixing the bugs in Dust 514 nor fixing those same bugs in Legion. Legion is based on the foundation (such as it was) of Dust 514 and thus will have many of those bugs, with some hidden by the fact that the developers are now using PCs for development and QA (more memory means fewer memory starvation issues).
There is no public bug reporting system for Legion nor is one available to those outside of CCP. For that matter, there is no need as well.
CCP Rattiti and CCP Logibro are here to keep the tide of discontent to a reasonable level and to balance the game as much as possible using only the database that is maintained on the server. Periodically he/they will push a Ninja Nerf (PS3 synch without warning) or a Hot FIx (PS3 synch with a published Hot Fix announcement).
Enjoy the video but expect nothing. Except for a shiv in your back. This is New Eden after all.
In New Eden no SP is wisely spent.
CCP will Nerf the reason right out from under you.

The quick port of DUST to PC we saw at Fanfest was in effect the birth of Legion straight into a waiting grave.
Here's to hoping we both have to eat crow someday.
I wouldn't mind a little crow. However, I think my cajun crow recipe is pretty safe if the burner is fueled by CCP.
Biggest problem is EVE Online is a point and click spreadsheet in space. Their network design was put in place to support it. Dust/Legion/FPS is not the same and ... guess what, it doesn't work worth a dam (look at all that water).
The other issue that is unsolvable is Unreal Engine 3.5. They are fully committed to it yet they are the only video game company developing new IP on it. Everyone else has moved to 4.0 because it supports more than two threads, the scripting is a lot cleaner*, which includes the scripting not failing (no NPC so not a big deal) and last but not least UR3.5 actually sucks at over network multiplayer. I have played several games that are only co-op, 2-4 players (Borderlands, et. al.) and the instant the network hiccups - bam, one player gets a horrible experience.
So, in a couple of years we will see if they have anything to serve up.
* which is one reason CCP won't change, because that is work and not just a different build option.
