Quite the opposite he attacked me. He used language that was clearly abusive and far beyond what is called for in a game setting. Simply posting his hateful words is simply calling him out, and myself at the same time since I will admit my in game actions were mean but far from crossing any sort of line, team killing is, after all, part of the game the sum total of which is not harassment.
You posted private messages on a public forum to shame the person sending the mail. That's harassment |

It was griefing in game, It becomes harassment when you bring it to the forums in an attempt to shame him with a post which had the general context of "lol ****ing blueberry, how dare he try to play the game in manners that we don't want him to, We sure ****ing taught him. Lets everybody have a laugh at this stupid ****ing blueberry and our hilarious shenanigans!". I totally disagree. Harassment on the other hand is: ha-+rass verb \h+Ö--êras; -êher-+Ös, -êha-r+Ös\(1) : to annoy persistently (2) : to create an unpleasant or hostile situation for especially by uninvited and unwelcome verbal or physical conduct I did not persistently annoy him on the forums, nor did I create a hostile situation through uninvited verbal conduct. His conduct, in the manner of his reply, dictated my response. If he had responded differently and I made a post on the forum about it that would have been harassment. Since he replied by directly abusing me my response falls safely beyond the bounds of harassment.
Please stop defending yourself, it's just annoying now. |

Oh I fully admitted that I am in the wrong here but I am totally willing to split hairs over whether this is harassment or not.
You have a personal argument that you shared with thousands of people. Now that person would most likely be embarrassed as all hell if he saw this. You are attacking him in public. THAT IS HARASSMENT. |

So this isn't a thread completely devoted to shaming the individual who dared express his frustration at you actively attempting to ruin his fun? are you for some reason incapable of quietly reporting him? No lets instead set up this little kangaroo court where the expected result is to laugh at the blueberry, except you gave all the evidence needed to hang yourself and your group for griefing. I don't think that you get what 'harassment' is and it should be quite obvious that based on the amount of people disagreeing with you, that you are wrong. Nope. I actually have no interest in shaming him and you will notice that early on I totally agreed that I am mean. I simply think his response was hilarious.
If your so mean, go steal some candy from a baby. Don't hurt other people who were angry because you shot him while he was trying to have fun playing a video game. |
