Vehicles are supposed to kill vehicles. AV is supposed to kill vehicles. Infantry is supposed to kill infantry.
Vehiles are not supposed to help your team in any way. They are supposed to be for ambush with vehicles only, but we don't have that game mode. So vehicles are not supposed to be in this game.

Well, simplest answer would be one word: redline. That's what most rail tankers do... sigh. As for what I do, I go out there and kill the reds, be it infantry, LAV, derpship or tank. They die.
This is me in a rail tank, not in the redline against a bunch of competent people and heavy AV fire. See why it is kdr padding? It wont get the highest kill count in a match but it certainly has the highest survival rate because you can keep your distance and pick off the AV players from where you want, instead of having to go to where the AV players want you.
PC is obviously completely different, there you will get coordinated people taking you out and you have more objectives than just killing everything that moves.
