Spawn vehicles like how they're recalled, or give them invulnerability for a few seconds and just drop them from the sky.
Besides immersion, is there any other reason you guys think we should keep RDVs?

I wouldn't mind a developer's point of view on RDVs if they could take the time to detail what they thought of them, because right now as players it doesn't seem like they are necessary at all.
Given the state of the game I think the removal of RDVs should be considered, unless the implementation of another method of recall delivery is too complex for a hotfix. I don't think it will be game changing, but an extremely important boost in gameplay for what I'd assume to be relatively low effort.
Sure we'd lose the ability to shoot vehicles as they are deployed, but the gains in terms of how streamlined it would get at the start of matches to get into vehicles, the possibilities of not only having to call in vehicles from safe spots but also in the middle of battle (like we see in some trailers) and having less RDVs my dropship to collide into (this is a personal one I admit) as well as a plethora of other reasons all point in favour of RDV removal.

EDIT: Yes, even the redline ground spawn could be dumb location, I have gotten my ADS blown up on delievery at the start of the match many times in a row on many different occasions.
I think people need more flexibility as to where they can call in vehicles though. Only problem is what happens if your vehicle materialises right where an enemy is standing. Does he fuse with your tank?
