Why do I keep seeing so many Six Kin Burst HMG's on Militia Heavy frames?
is this a thing?

Its the weapon, not the suit that makes the heavy OP.
"Minmitar Scout" and "Masochist" are synonyms.

Because they know that the Six Kin Burst is TOTALLY balanced and they appreciate all of CCP's hard work to bring them such a balanced weapon for them to use...

because people are stupid and think "i'm going to save money by putting a 77K weapon on a 3K dropsuit" when they don't realize that not backing the rest of the fitting up with better gear just makes that 77K have a higher risk of dying |

When it comes to a heavy frame its more about the weapon than the suit.
Also right now the burst HMG's are pretty OP so those people are likely FOTM chacers who spent sp's on the weapon and decided to not skill into a heavy frame. |
