With the onset of hotfix Charlie and the raising of the orbital wp threshold, keeping the triage cap as it is merely discourages the medic role, slayers have their kills and kdr, let medics have a few more wp.

I said soften, not get rid of, don't act like a tool right of the bat. Save that for page 5 and higher.

Killing the repping logistics should remain a valid strategy.
unfortunately it's far too easy to do currently,mlt frames will stroll right pass your allies unloading on you knowing their suit is free and while repping you have 0 protection.
Damage resistance? Yes Damage immunity? No
Was banned for fighting for logistics survival on 7/25/2014 02:11. Logistics will never be respected.

I've been i matches where enemies have 3k wp in the top 2 slots totalling 6k (because of hive spam).
Then again i've been in matches where i've repaired 30k and came in 5th and lower because of WP,severely gimping my payout making me go negative.
Players simply can't be trusted with so much freedom.
I would however suggest a cap rework to decide if it should increase or not.

I don't see how it discourages the medic role. I haven't heard a Medic Role player complain about it....well the real ones anyway the people trying to whor3 dem points usually don't shut the hell up about it.. I personally have no quarrels with the cap I'm fine with repping and keeping teammates alive since the medic role is about keeping the team alive not gaining ungodly amounts of warpoints (which is still pretty easily done even with the cap) its just icing on the cake.

Better option:
Increase wp rewards for scan assist and ammo resupply, decrease triage bonus, increaase cap.
It will take much longer to hit the cap, but you won't be earning a ton more wp.

How about a cap for repping a certain player within a certain time? So if you go rep someone else, you can still get points, but you can't rep a heavy, switch to repping a scout for 1/2 a second, then go back to the heavy to circumvent the cap. |

guardian points triage points injector points nano hive points spawn points scan points kill points assist points.
there is a ton of points to be made as a logi and the cap can be rest.
i would not be against a cap increase if triage,guardian and injector points were reduced a bit and in the case of guardian maybe removed. |

True and the points for hives and scans should be vastly buffed, hell even the injector of they correct it still counting as a death even if you are picked up.
However points do need to change to more reflect your contribution, if I repair 20,000 armor and 2000 of that was an 800 armor heavy and the rest was 500-600 armor mediums, then my score should reflect the saving of 38 suits(and don't forget that since we don't rep shields, so we are only working with half a suits ehp so you could essentially increase lives saved to damn near 50), that isn't including revives, links, kills, and all around support.
P.s. scanners should give points for time people are kept scanned, then the bonus for intel kills.

Well kills and kdr only relate to Skill Points and ISK earnings indirectly through the WP earned. As a Sentinel I barely noticed a difference during the Triple Skill Point event, as it was triple the active skill points and the active skill points earned from an average of 600 WP (12 kills) is not that noticeable compared to the 4000 or so that Logi produce.
Of course as many Logi have explained to me, I have no right to complain because if the entire enemy team insist on walking through the same door one at a time and I am also a squad lead with orbitals, I could potentially, if all the stars align, generate as many WP in a match as most Logi do on average.
So yeah, of course Logi need more WP.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

So, perhaps instead of just kills and kill assists, add perhaps similar to damage to vehicles. Get points for damage. Heavies do a lot of damage but don't always close the deal due to it being a very unique support role, i.e. you're a distraction, and or point defense, the people that flank are more likely to close the deal because after you damn near destroy someone they take cover almost dead and are promptly shot by your flanking units, heavies DO get screwed and points for damage dealt would help rectify that.
