im gonna be civil as well when i say that a pure and devote Amarr omnisoldier (see sig) I'm ok with the proposed projectite profile. I(as a sentinel) will resist ALL the native bonus(if it goes -15/+15) and since i dont taint my suit with impure tech unless required i always have some form of anti shield on me

proto Amarr will be resistant to 15/15 and will require hundreds of thousand SP to make it even function like it would with no proficiency on any other suit

I see no evidence that shield heavies will far outclass armor heavies, they just seem to be more balanced now. If they do, it won't be by much.
you forget that both armor sentinels resist projectites
