I think from the sounds of it they can't do it in a reasonable time frame with dat skeleton crew. Essentially it's one of those things that everyone knows needs to be fixed including Team Sonic, but CCP never did because reasons.

Because if its the logi, that doesn't help at all. A lot of needles are used simply to boost WP and sometimes you will get two players qsynced on opposite sides who will intentionally kill someone over and over to boost their KD/R and WP.
