TBh I kinda agree I don't run cal sent but I do run minnie sentinel ..and amar..The resistance profiles does make a difference
But beyond that what blows my mind about this is..Caldari will have better resistance. .isn't that like against lore? Fast ..substantial self recover and the best resistance profile...There will be caldari sentinels ever where running alone just slaughtering. Thanks for the heads up bamboo..looks like it's time to. Polish off my minmatar sent and put away my amarian.
PS ccp if u just gave me my ******* scrambler lance this wouldn't matter

What if there are two Caldari sentinels instead of a Caldari and his logi? Normally an Amarr can take out two other Amarr heavies if he has a Logi and they don't. In this case he and his Logi will be slaughtered. What if his Logi dies first? What if Minmatar and Gallente decide to start running shield extenders to compensate for the OP caldari? Amarr Sentinel is screwed. Not only has the Sentinel Fitting Nerf made Amarr the WORST FORGE GUNNER but now he will be the WORST HMG USER. Your well constructed arguments are a blessing for my alcohol riddled mind..i can now in vision my poor amar sentinels future hell

Yeah, I'm not seeing itGǪ Amarr doesn't get that repair without a logi. Caldari can operate independently of it. Do I have to ******* go on protofits and stack shield extenders on a cal sentinel to get the ******* point across to you people? Dude stacking shield extenders severly penalizes shield delay. If you want to tank it out you'll need a complex ragulator that gets rid of the shield stacking penalty leaving you completely dependent on logi support because you have have no armor repair while armor makes up for 40% of the HP. You don't have a single clue about running the suit in the field. Delay kicks in and if one dude pings you it starts all over again. I don't see the problem here. They just need to slice up the models, resize etc, etc and we can create new weapons using parts off other models and attaching, reshaping etc to existing models. They could at least enlarge the scr, lower the rof and increase damage and heat build up!.............Scrambler lance!. Nah like the laser rifle but huge dmg multiplier n fast overheat

Amarr does not have the ability to rep his shields. Ever. Once they're gone, they'll be gone for a minute. All the Caldari will have to do at that point is aim for the body and let the Six Kin Burst do the work for him. I wonder, will you be able to OHKO an armor-based heavy with one burst even if his shields are chargd with a headshot? THINK ABOUT IT YOU FOOLS Time to pull out my scr ascr commando huh

My cal sent still needs a armor repair mod to rep armor (the ONLY low slot)What does your sentinel need to rep shields? When push comes to shove your cal sentinels tank is shield which reps by itself unlike armor. Cal sentinels can brick tank to 100% and maintain recovery on their main tank unlike gal and amar. You don't have to use modules to recover..just to recover faster

The only thing you actually lose from replacing a shield reg with an armor rep is the regular shield recharge delay. It's still about the same once your shields are depleted. So literally when you are in a real fight against other heavies the shield reg isn't as good as an armor rep because you need that extra buffer against Six Kin Burst. Keep in mind the Burst is getting nerfed again so you will definitely have more survivability against it than Amarr. LOOK... Why don't we do -10/+10 for projectiles, that way Caldari are buffed against shields and the damage against armor stays the same. I am mostly just against the +15 against armor. That is what scares me the most. now I can definitely get behind -10/+10

You know what? I'm done trying to disguise it. People are leaving this game in droves because of CCP nerfing everyone. Most of the best people in my corp have left already. I was in a match against Shayz before I made this thread. He was in his proto Caldari assault and I was having a difficult time killing him with my basic Amarr sentinel, but I managed to do it a couple times and even got him once with my Militia Scrambler Pistol. I thought to myself "imagine when shields get buffed against projectiles, I won't even be able to use my HMG against Caldari." Then I messaged him after I played another match against some Caldari heavies because it had finally hit me. What good is a heavy weapon when you can't even use it? Should sentinels start running around with dual pistols? Why should shields be OP against the only heavy weapon there is, when CCP hasn't even given us Gallente or Amarr ones yet? 2 words SCRAMBLER LANCE
