Im almost back from army training, anything important going on besides project legion? Anything I can expect when I get back in a few weeks? For reference ive been gone since the end of march

As a whole, things are much more balanced now.
You see more primary weapon variety and suit variety.
They are going fix side arms next to make those more equitable as well.
Check the Features and Ideas Discussion stickies for Rattati's posts and you will see what is currently being discussed.

Man even when I was playing I didn't have time for no scrambler rifle, don't get me wrong it's a good weapon but im a logi I need room for equipment, speaking of which how has the cloak been?

I saw most of the important fanfest stuff while I was here, we get access to the internet when we're out of boot camp, I just wasn't playing any games because I would have to mail my ps3 to me, pay for internet, use a tv in one of the common areas or buy my own, and then take everything back home with me, no thanks ill just tough it out for 6 months lol

Cloak has had no effect on the game or you mean nothing has changed WITH the cloak? Because I never got a chance to use it or really see what it was like

It is much different.
Alpha saw the reduction of cloak duration, the reduction of active profile dampening on the cloak, and most importantly, the reduction of decloak delay.
And that is just the cloak.
Many of the primpary weapons have been adjusted, slots have been changed, scout roles have been altered, in the case of Cal and Amarr nearly completely.
Quite a lot has happened actually.

Logi, however I left around the time the respec came out and I put on 6 passive boosters, by my calculations I should have over 14 million sp to spend and I have everything in dropsuit upgrades maxed out, grab a couple of good weapons and then im maxing gallente heavy logi and scout :D

This is fantastic, I can't wait to get back on! Seriously it seems like you guys fixed nearly all the problems we saw a while back, the only things I really can't wait for are more people in matches, pve, maybe the racial vehicles....mechs...more weaponry, maybe like something involving indirect fire...something to do in the game besides fight...weapons customization and manufacturing...a training room mode to practice, learn maps, try out weapons, or just screw around...oh and a mission command role (mainly since thats basically my job now), love to see real squad tactics and incentives to play like a dedicated intel gathering scout or a battle coordinator.
Just kept coming up with stuff when I started that list, anyway im still impressed, I've been away for a while and I didnt expect to see that much of a change, definitely interested to get back and explore all of my new options.

Sorry dude, but there won't be anymore client updates. That means no PvE, racial vehicles or any of the stuff you just mentioned.

Yeah I didn't really expect that kind of stuff to come out while dust was still on ps3, realistically it's just easier on a better system, im ok with the idea of playing this on pc, wasn't at first but if it means allowing the game alot more room to expand and grow ill support it.
