It had happened so quick, I didn't expect to go this fast and neither did the other twenty men in the dropship. We had just left the barge and were enroute to attack a station controlled by a backwater corporation. But we weren't prepared, they had learned of our mission and planned an attack. They had hundreds of Matari ships in sector and we only had a few amarr cruisers behind us, survival was dependent on how willing you were to survive. I'm floating now slowly losing precious oxygen, I see the station and asmall entrance. I start flailing toward it and I eventually clamp my fingers around the handle. My body is very cold and my fingers are numb. I pull open the door and I collapse on the hard floor, my body begins to warm up. I stand up and I pull out my advanced magsec SMG and go down the hall. My advanced amarr scout A/1 series dropsuit picks up two enemies around the corner and I quickly cloak. I walk past them and I pull out my nova knives, I go up to both and jab both in their necks and and let them fall to the floor. I pull my magsec back out and I continue down the hall. I hear my commander in my ear,
"Did anyone get in?" He asks.
"I don't think so sir the first wave was destroyed enroute." The pilot says.
"Damn....we need to distract the fighters so our forces can get through." The commander says but then I get static. The Matari must have jammed our comms.
(This is part 1 I will post more very soon.)

I continue through the stations vast hallway and come upon a door that I quickly scan for anyone behind it with nothing showing up. I cloak to be safe and open the door quickly peeking in to see nothing, I run into cover and follow the wall. I turn off my cloak and investigate the room, only seeing dishes and half eaten food I conclude I'm in the mess hall. I look around for anything useful and find nothing but the food which is not something I would eat. The door opens abruptly and an arm strikes me in the gut, I quickly regain and rush him with fists flying toward his face, I connect and knock him against the wall I then grab his head and begin to hit it across the wall as hard as I can until he slumps to the floor lifeless. I breathe heavily for a moment just aware that I just killed and unarmed man, shameful. I hurriedly rush to the exit and find a panel that opens the door, I push it and raise my gun two matari soldiers stand there dumbfounded as I pull the trigger and light them both up with quick presicion. I cloak and make a run for it down the hall into what appears to be the one of the many hangars. Pilots and flight officers rum around yelling at each other and trying to get the ships out the hangar door. I look around and see one of the ships is still refueling and I come up with a devilish idea, blow up the hangar. I uncloak and wait for it to recharge, when it does I cloak and I slowlyake my way across the flight deck until I'm on the other side where the door is and I raise my gun and shoot the tank, igniting it and engulfing the ships in fire. I run down the hall and come across the control room, I cloak and I enter, I find the main console where three matari officers are sitting alone with no guards, I uncloak and shoot two of them leaving the other alive.
"Unjamm our comma now before you end up like your friends!" I yell at him. He begins to push buttons and twist knobs until I can hear my fleet again.
"Good now get up and lay down over there." I say as i point to a corner. I smash the console and i run out of the room. (I will have part three up soon as well and I'm sorry if I'm only writing in parts like this its just more manageable for me)

I open up my neocom and set up a link to my commander for an evac shuttle.
"Sir I need an evac pronto, I'm going to send the station down to the planet below and I need to get off of this thing." I tell him as i run down the hall.
"We'll try our best templar, but things aren't looking good out here at the moment, bring it down first and if you survive we will pick you up from the planet surface, the rest of our ground forces have begun the attack on the mining facility below and are already pushing the matari's back against the wall, good luck templar." The commander says as he signs off. If I survive the crash, what kind of order is that? But then I stop myself and think do I really want to do this without an evac? I have to though its the only way we can take back this sector and regain our lost minerals. I nod to myself and run back to the control room where the man is surprised to see me again.
"Where's the controls to shut the system down and disable its shields?" Crown rule asks the man as he gripsit. is shirt.
"I...I...I can't tell you, you'll bring this whole station down and kill us! I'd rather die than lose this station to you scum." The man says profoundly. I grab his arm and twist it really hard.
"Tell me now!" I yell.
"No!" He replies. I yank his arm pulling it out of its socket, he let's go and grabs the other arm as the man screams in pain.
"I have time! How much do you? Crownrule asks him in an aggressive tone of voice.
"Alright, alright! I'll tell you." The man tells me.
"Good now point it out." I tell him as I pop his arm back in place. He screams but then points to a small console box. I smash his head on the other console and rush to it, I flip knobs and switches eventually turning the station off and sending it into a freefall, with me in it. (Part four will come out soon, if you have any feedback post right now, not when I start post 4,and if you do I'll just delete your post thank you.)

I feel my body fly up from the ground and I hit the ceiling and stay there stuck in place. My body tenses up as I wait there to either die or survive but without any real protection from the crash the chance of breaking something is high as with the chance of death. I hear the stations alert system come on and warns that the station is incredibly close to orbit with the rogue planet below.
"WARNING! STATION DANGEROUSLY CLOSING IN ON PLANET PREPARE FOR IMPACT IN 5...4....3...2...1" the station blares out as I feel the sudden jolt knock the wind out of me and a sharp pain in my leg and my chest. I feel my body roll around and hit the consoles and walls, eventually the force knocks me unconscious. I begin to regain consciousness, my vision is somewhat blurry and i feel something in my stomach as i rise from the now smoldering space station. The pain in my leg is not as bad as i feared it would be, im still able to walk with only a slight limp. I look down and see that a small rod is lodged in my stomach, i face the rod and instantly regret this decision as pain shoots through my body. I slump backwards into the wall and stand back up.
"Well that bloody isn't going to sit well....." I mumble as I grab it again this time pulling it slowly out of me.
AAAAGGGHHHH!!!" I scream out as the rod slides out of my body. Blood soons begin to pour out but the suit instantly stops the bleeding and it regenerates my destroyed flesh.
"Thank god for nanites...." i say under my breath as i asses the rest of the damage to my suit. I take of my helemt and notice a fewholes and scratches on it and look down to see the hole where the rod used to be and parts of my torso and legs littered with holes and scorched marks. I slide my helmet back on and my mask covers my face. The tacnet pops back up and I now have a small map in the corner of my eye I can use to see where I am and a small display showing my shields and armor. I activate my comms and select the fleets channel.
"Commander I've survived the crash and need immediate medevac." I transmit thought my tacnet systems.
"Glad to see you made it templar but right now we are still engaged in combat and will be a while before such a task is completed, please rendezvous with our ground forces and take protection with them, commander al'drek out." The commander says as his line goes dead again.
"Well....I better get started walking then." I say to myself as I pull out my magsec.

I enlarge the map on my display and look over it, memorizing every detail of the area I am in. I pan around and eventually see some blue icons indicating friendly forces, as well as red for enemy. I start to head into that direction and feel the bitter cold as snow begins to fall on top of me and my exposed regions, I begin to jog at a faster pace and try to get warm that way. After about ten minutes I begin to hear gunshots from a sniper, I slow down and I enlarge my map. I see a red icon about thirty feet from me firing a charge rifle, I cloak and begin to sneak up on him. When I'm close enough I uncloak and I wrap around his neck choking him out and finally killing him. I let his body slump and I pick up his rifle, I look through the scope and see three amarr templars being surrounded by at least nine matari soldiers. I crouch and aim the rifle carefully, one of the matari is closing in on one of the templars and I fire a shot directly to his chest killing him instantly. The others do not notice and continue to proceed, I get another one in my sight and I fire a shot into his stomach knocking him down but not killing him. He lays there dying as Iwait for someone to try and help ghim which one does and I quickly shoot him square in the forehead. I fire two shots into the next matari that tries to hide from me, he falls to the ground dead. The templars then began to push and kill three of the matari and capture the other three as the Matari soon surrender. I sling the rifle over my shoulder and climb down from the rock and head toward the burning city. I see blue dots pop on my map and I go into a jog toward them, I can't run because of my leg. When I get there I here a shot and hear my tacnet say my shields are gone and my armor has gone down 12%. I've been shot. I fall to the ground and lay there bleeding once more, my nanited are slow this time because of how serious my last injury was. I can feel the life draining from my clone body. How long has it been since I died? Three months? Maybe four, but before I fall back into unconsciousness I hear voices yelling at each other. I wake up on a small cot with a blanket on me, I look around and see that I'm in a makeshift hospital. I notice I'm no longer in my dropsuit, I look over and see my helmet on the table next to me and my gauntlet also. I sit up and see that I'm wearing a heavy brown bomber jacket with a thermal top on and thick dark blue cotton/wool pants. I move the blanket and get out of the cot. I notice I have no boots on but then I see one next to the cot, theyre long black boots that go up to my knees, I grab the wool socks sitting on top of them and put them on as well as the boots. After I put those on Igrab my gauntlet and attach it to my left arm, then i put my helmet on. The tacnet system lights back up and does the welcome back greeting, I open up my neocom from my gauntlet and look to see two unread messages. The first one is from my wife back home, the other one is from my commander, I open it and it reads
Dear Templar Patrick This is commander al'drek, it has come to my attention you are stranded on the planet below with our ground forces. We could not get the evac you requested due to the part we had to flee the system because enemy reinforcements have arrived. You will now be helping operations with the other templars and militia on the planet surface to assault the mining facility and give us back control of the mine. We will be back to evac you and the rest of the troops down below as soon as the mission is complete, send updates as soon as you recover from your injuries, for god and empire templar. P.S. You are leading the task force. I read the note and I quickly turn it off, how long have I been out? I wonder. Just then, a man wearing clothes similar to me walks in.
"Templar? You are awake I see, come we must discuss some issues." The man says as he walks out, I follow behind him.
"May I ask where we are soldier?" I ask as I walk beside him.
"We're at base camp Alfa, one of three camps." The man says.
"Where's your commanding officer?" I ask the man.
"I'm staring right at him." He replies.
"What? But how, I only just arrived a day ago." I tell him.
"Ummm....how about six, you've been out quite a while, was actually just fixing on checking up on ya when you were walking about." He tells me. I look back at him in shock.
"Six days!?" I exclaim.
"Yes six days, ever since those two idiot militia shot you right below the heart, lucky for you they ain't much of a good shot." He jokes.
"Haha yea..." I trail off
"So where're we going? I ask the man.
"Operation center, its right up there actually." He says as he points to a big burnt out building.
"So what's your name then soldier?" I ask.
"Doc Jeidrik they call me." Jeidrik replies.
"Nice to meet you doctor, I'm templar Patrick." I introduce myself. The sound of my name coming off of templar was a weird one, figuring it was an old earth name, but its the name my parents gave me and I'll wear it proudly.
"Pleased to make your aquantince." Jeidrik replies. He leads me through the door and I follow directly behind him, he takes me up the stairs into a hallway which we stop at the third door down the hall.
"This here is your room, we already set it up for you so just go ahead and lay down for a bit longer." Jeidrik says as he opens the door and leaves.
"Thank you Jeidrik." I say to him. I walk into the room and notice the old fridge wood stove and cot in the room, I see a couple books and a broken window. I plop down on the cot and take my helmet off leaving it on the night stand, my short brown hair rubs against the rough but nice pillow, eventually I fall asleep in my new room. (Here is the fifth post I will post tomorrow when I have a chance and, this is my first story and I hope to make more that are better, I'd appreciate any likes if I could get some, thank you guys.)

I wake to the sound of an alarm playing music from a DJ named the whisperer.
"Hello all and welcome to the whisperer, bringing you the news of the empire for thirty years, on today's airing we will discuss about the where about of a certain templar, his name is Patrick." I listen to the radio more intensely wondering why I'm the center of attention When i figure out.
"It has been discovered by our reporters that he is located on a planet thay im not allowed to uncover and that he is leading a whole task force to assault a mining facility and take it back for the empire, may our lord bless him and the souls that accompany him on his quest." The whisperer says as the radio turns off. I stand back up feeling the cool air come from a open window, i walk over to it and close the window. I walk to the wood stove and light a fire to get warm, i hear a knock on my door and i rush over and put my helmet back on.
"Come in." I say as Jeidrik walks through the door immediately.
"Hello templar, I am glad to see you are doing fine in your new home." He says as he looks at the wood stove.
"Yes it is quite manageable, I appreciate the accommodations." I reply adjusting my helmet. My tacnet comes back online and I focus back on the doctor.
"So what is the schedule for today Doc?" I ask him.
"First off we will introduce you to or forces and show you the log of our weapons and equipments." He replies. I nod my head and follow him through the door.

I follow him to a large window and a platform, he motions for me to stand on it. When I do I hear a loud roar of soldiers saluting me and yelling the same word, "commander". I realize I'm not breathing and I quickly take a gasp of air and I raise my hand back into a salute to them. They salute back and hold the position until I drop my hand. Just from a small estimate I guess that there are at least about a thousand of them.
"If you're wondering there are a total of 1,238 amarr soldiers, all ready to lay their lives down to serve you templar." Jeidrik tells me.
"How well versed are they in the art of combat?" I ask him.
"All are very good soldiers that have served a great service for over a hundred years each." Jeidrik tells me not even blinking.
"Good, we need experience if we're going to take this facility back.". I tell him.
"Shall we carry on Commander?" He asks me, I'm taken back at first by how he called me commander but I snap out of it, I know I have a duty to do.
"Yes, we should be moving on." I say as we walk out of the room heading toward the armory. We go around a few corners when I hear sirens blaring in my ears.
"Don't worry its just a test templar, we practice everyday." Jeidrik tells me as I'm about to run for cover.
"Oh, that's good we need everyone to be ready for the time that it does happen." I tell Jeidrik. He opens a steel door revealing a counter with bullet proof glass and metal bars with a man behind it. "This is the armory, as you can see we have it well secured and the man right there will give you the weapons and gear you need." Jeidrik says motioning toward the man. I look at the logs for a few minutes and bid that I am ready to leave.

We head toward the mess hall where we decide to eat, I adjust my jacket and head over and grab a tray. I grab some of the slop and I find myself sitting alone at the only empty table. I set my tray down on the table and when I sit down I reach up to take my helmet off. Everyone turns their gaze toward me and I just ignore them, it wasn't the first time the militia had wondered what a templar looked like. Apparently I wasn't what they expected and they continued to look at me, judge me with their eyes and I only scratched my beard in response and pulled my hair back. I found myself wondering why I had continued to grow a beard and hair when hardly anyone ever saw it but I decided it was because it was what my father looked like. No sooner than I had begun to eat that a soldier walks up to me with a question.
"Are you our new commander, the templar?" He asks nervously. I decide to humor him so I stand up and look down at him, I give him the crazed look and burst out laughing.
"Aye son I am, what is your name soldier?" I ask him.
"I'm ensign Ra'que, I'm in the engineering department commander." He replies to me.
"Well I'm templar Patrick Nygueson, don't bother with the last name everyone butchers it." I tell him.
"Yes sir, thanks you for talking but I must hurry and eat." He says as he walks back off to his original spot. i go back to eating and notice everyone go quiet and i just look back at them. I finish eating and head back toward my room where I decide to do some work.

I look over the casualty reports and our funding, only one is high and it isnt the funding. I begin to put in requisitions for new armor and weapons when the doc enters.
"How ya doin?" He asks casually.
"Just getting some stuff done real quick, been a hectic month for me." I reply not looking back up.
"Haha...yea you'll get used to it most of the time you dont even notice." He laughs. I finish signing the last paper and look up at him now.
"So when do most requisitions get here?" I ask curiously.
"Well from the day you order them.....about a monrh atleast if the fighting aint that bad." He replies.
"What!? A month!" I exclaim in the room obviously dumbfounded and somewhat angry.
"Yea its stupid but even if we're a top priorty we aint a top priority, if that makes sense." He replies seeming humoured by my over exageration.
"Yea.....i suppose, ill see you later doc i got to go." I say rushing past him toward the entrance. I open it and walk outside, i feel the cold snow on my body and the icy snow on my skin, it feela amazing. I unclasp my helmet and take in a deep breathful of the fresh air. I make a smile and put my helmet back on and go back into my quarters where i begin to work on battle plans.
((So so so so sorry guys really am, i've just been caught up in other stuff and school but now im back and will finish this story! Thank you all who have continued to read. I spend the entire day coming up with a way to get through the enemy stronghold and capture the sector, but the chances were slim and we were outnumbered 3 to 1 with no chance of success.....unless we could get some support from the amarr cruiser, The Reckoning. They are in our orbut supplying us with the necessities tjat we need to survive and to keep out any other enemy garrison's. I turn my neocom on and connect to the commander.
"Hello, is this commander Rae'nok?" I ask looking at the hologram image of a tall broad shouldered man on my com.
"Yes, may i ask who is this?" The commander asks.
"I am Templar Patrick, but my callsign is CrackedSky and i request support from The Reckoning, all i need is for it to bombard and enemy stronghold as to give us enough time to infiltrate it and secure it." I explain.
"Hmm.....perhaps but the enemy could send more troops if we were to leave the orbit and we wouldnt be able to help you there." The commander tells me.
"That is why i just need you to give orbital strikes so you do nit have to leave orbit and still help us with the assault." i tell the Commander.
"Yes...yes that would work, give us the coordinates and we will commence bombardments." He agrees.
"Thank you commander, i will be in touch." I reply turning off my neocom.

I feel the ground shudder before my feet and I run outside to see a army of tanks and infantry charging our position, I press a button on my neocom and activate the alarm. Everyone begins to run outside carrying their weapons and setting up on the walls, already firing at the incoming enemy. I grab my magsec and jump down and run toward the outer walls where our troops are stationed. I can already see two of the enemy tanks destroyed and burning and scores of bodies on the open field dead. I yell for the heavies to equip their mass drivers and fire at the bigger groups of infantry, it helps thin out their numbers but a huge mass is still coming at us.
"Don't quit now, they sure as hell won't so why should you!" I yell making sure it is audible to everyone. i feel a round hit next to me and i fall to the ground. I see the discolored enemy soldiers clamber over the walls and shoot our men, the tanks consume the walls underneath them and begim firing at the command center, i slowly get up and begin to run back to the command center to inform the fleet we lost the base and that we need a evac. I begin to jog but soon i come into a full sprint, my HUD telling me that my shields are gone and my armor is scrapped, I turn my cloak on and jump through the gigantic hole in the center, Iturn on the giant neo-com and iI see the holographic image of the admiral.
"We have lost the base! I repeat we have been overun and need an evac now!" I shout at the image.
"We are sorry but we cannot provide an evac at this moment, we are still engaged in interstellar combat, you are on your own." He says before ending the session. Another volley of rounds hit the command centet and i can feel it falling doen around me, i run toward the exit and leap out landing on a giant snow bank. I get out of ut and see nothing but chaos, people dyong around me andtrying to surrender but just being cut down. I get imto a sprint and run away from the killzone and see others do the same, i call them to follow me and only foir do while the rest go their own way or are gunned down.

As I run off into the tundra, the screams of the dying clones fill my ears and cast a image into my brain forever. I keep running and running until I can't anymore, I collapse from exhaustion and i can slowly feel my clone body dying. I feel my eyelids become heavy, my movement sluggish and my brain start to shutdown. There is only darkness left until I awaken in the CRU back on an Amarrian battlecruiser. I open the tube and fall down, I look over and see a set of my armor and quickly dress in it. I put my helmet on and head for the door. I open it and greeted by two Amarr soldiers. "The Captain would llike to see you sir." One of them says. I nod and begin toward the bridge, I pass by the cafeteria and sleeping quarters until I reach the elevator to the command deck. I go up toward the deck, once I'm up I exit the elevator and see the captain. He notices me and waves me over, I join him and he gives me a weak smile. "Commander.....im sorry about what happened down there and what you had to face and im sorry for having to do this but we're sendimg you straight back down." He tells me. I salute home and leave the deck to the armory where I change into my advanced assault A/1 series dropsuit with my viziam scrambler rifle. Once I'm set I head toward the hanger where several large groups of clones are in tight formation inside drop ships. I make my way toward one and get inside. The engines turn on and the blast doors shut, i feel us leave the ground and enter space heading back toward the surface. After what seems like an eternity, we land safely on the surface. "Alright once we get into position we will assault the mining facility and eliminate all enemies inside, then we will take down the AA guns to get our MCC in orbit are there any questions? The squad leader asks, only silence answers. He nods and looks forward. The blast doors open and we pile out onto the cold surface, i see the others begin setting up a mobile base for our staging area for forward operations.
(I am so sorry for such a delay...I've been busy with school, work and sports, but now I will do my best to update this story as soon as possible, thank you guys!)

As I jog toward the small makeshift base, I notice that men are already building up barricades and setting up turrets. Once I reach the base I am greeted by an old face.
"Templar I am glad to see you still breathing." Jeidrik says giving me a salute.
"As I am you Jeidrik, although I wish we were under better circumstances but for now I mist complete my mission first." I reply saluting him back.
"I understand, we will talk more later after we succeed with our mission." Jeidrik says as I jog down the hill with my squad. We run by several squads of militia for a while until the base comes into view. We stop and I send a command through my neocom.
"Alright soldiers, we will run a flanking maneuver toward the facility and enter through four entry points where we will begin clearing it floor by floor. We will then enter the command room and disable the guns so we can get our MCC in orbit for mass deployment, understand?" I ask them.
"Order understood." They all say. I have us move closer and set up a overwatch team, we then get to flat ground and make our way to the entry points. I line up on my door and shake the door handle, it opens and I crack it open just wide enough to toss a grenade. I activate it and roll it in, I hear guns drop and a shout of surprise comes out as an explosion rocks the room killing everyone in its proximity. I kick the door aside and run in gun up and ready to fire. Five dead bodies lay on the ground and they're all wearing Minmatar dropsuits. I race up the stairs and can hear gunfire up the stairs, once we get up there i see a group of militia pinned down on the other side of corridor. Three enemy troops are in front of us firing their rifles at the militia, i raise my rifle and toast the enemy on the left and blow the right ones head off. The middle guy turns around and aims but im already on him, I pin him against the wall and begin to smash his head against the wall. He collapses as I let go, I call the other group forward and tell them to hurry up and continue upstairs. They all nod and begin to run for the stairs, I do the same with my squad and we continue to take out what little resistance they had. Once we reach the command center I can hear what sounds like at least seven guys and a woman inside the command center. I plant a charge on the door and stand aside, the charge explodes and I instantly begin to fire my gun and hit most of the occupants inside. The squads swarm in and secure the area as we chat with the survivors.
I can still hear them scream, the souls I purified with fire with my rifle they have been cleansed.

They tell us that the rest of their troops have fallen back to a bunker where they will be signaling for a pick-up. After they tell us our men put bonds on them and take them back to our base where they will most likely become slaves. The six squads including mine head out toward the bunker to eliminate the rest of the enemy troops, we march for over an hour when our forward scouts find the bunker.
"Just over this hill and past the trees sir." The scout informs me.
"Good, we will all do the same maneuver and infiltrate the bunker, we will eliminate any hostiles and when their ship arrives we take it understood?" I ask everyone. They all nod agreement and begin to move Into to position. I take my squad down the middle of the hill and reach the treeline. An explosion rocks the ground below me and i hear screams fill my ears, the screams of men being burned by the enemy's unholy fire, now i must burn them with my fire.

I sprint down the rest of the hill and past the treeline where I can see the other squads engaging the enemy, I'm the only one left from my squad to make it to the bunker. I plant a charge on the door and get some distance, it explodes and I can see the enemy pour out obviously tired and wounded. Some still continue to fight will others surrender and get on their knees with their hands behind their heads. We finish off any last resistance and clear the bunker, the enemy soldiers are detained and put onto drop ships bound for the prison ship.

The men cheer as the last ship leaves the planet, I stand watch as it leaves the atmosphere. The cheers continue and I can heat men my soldiers behind me cheering me on.
"Praise to the commander! Long live the Amarr! Victory is ours!" The men chorus these words as Patrick gets onto a dropship that just landed, he raised his hand and all is quiet.
"Today let it be known that the Amarr crushed another little squable of a corporation that was funded by the minmatar, let it also be known that on this day we will honor the lives lost on ththe attlefield....alot of the casualties were not immortals like myself and will be honored on this day here on, now lets get home and let the space boys handle this!" Patrick says finishing his speech with a joke. The men laugh and cheer, more dropships land and they begin to board them and leave. As his ship leaves the planet surface and up to the Amarr fleets flagship Patrick wonders what will happen now that his comtract is complete. Once aboard the admiral shakes his hand and congratulates him on a job well done. He then gets a ride to a nearby space station known as Ki'Nuune. Once he disembarks he begins his descent into the space stations bar.

Epilogue:
After completing a long and otherwise difficult campaign, the templar decides to rest his tired bones in the station. He has done well destroying the enemy space station and eventually taking over the base and guns, he can only imagine what he will do next. Possibly it will be soon? We'll just have to see.

I enjoyed the story. It had a proper beginning, middle and end. If you decide to write another story about this Templar I know I will enjoy reading it.
There were a few redundant sentences and a couple spelling errors but nothing that detracted from the story at all. I would perhaps suggest to flesh out a couple of the minor characters. For example when the base was attacked I really had no attachment to the other soldiers dying. If the ensign was to sit down with the Templar in the mess hall and we got to know him a little then later he is found dead. That would trigger more of an emotional response to better engross the reader into the story.
Thanks for taking to the time to write this I thoroughly enjoyed reading the perspective of an Amaarian Templar.

-Marcus thank you very much, I am glad to hear that someone enjoyed my story. I do intend on making a new story as well, I was thinking about having the ensign tell him his backstory and then die later during the attack, but I didn't have time as it took me a while to finish this. I saw the errors as well and I will make sure to not allow those same mistakes, I think the next story will have a chat discussion for people to talk about it and what I should do differently or give me tips. I thank you very much and I hope to write another one very soon, im glad my first story wasn't a total disaster. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I hope for you to read my next one.
Remember the day that my eyes reach down into your soul and see you for what you really are
