What i really think the SG needs is ridiculous spread at level 0 so that it is impossible to apply the entire spread, but have it tighten down to somewhere between level 3-4 operation by the time you hit Ops5, so that it still has enough spread to almost nullify some of the hit detection issues.
Though saying the SG is better than NK's is false--as a dedicated CQC minmitar scout, I have everything at proto from SG's, NK's, CR's, SMG's, and RE's.
All these weapons have different roles in CQC where one fare better.
The SG will beat the NK's every time unless the NK scout is a better player. The CR will beat shotgun every time unless the user lands 100% of the first shot at under 5m. The SMG will beat the NK in CQC if the user misses the first slash (the slash sound is much too loud ATM)

The only time the breach is good is if you see a SG scout running at you at 20 meters away, you can plug him from 15
