As far as I can tell, only maps are permanent. I'm so so so x1000 happy that BPO's are coming back...
but why only those colors? I would like a Scarlet and White Caldari Scout Suit.
Or a Caldari Assault with Cyan/ Teal highlights! Or the valentine suits I see every now and then in FW.

yeah, it's just black... ish. Well, the Raven Scout looks pretty sexy.
But the orange looks like poop. At least with green I can pretend I'm wearing forest camo... despite the lack of trees.

CCP has already stated they can mod stuff in the game with out a client side update. Just look at the hotfixes we have gotten, they were able change cpu/pg, mod slots, and racial bonus without a client update, so what makes you think that addingbpo is new content?
well, I was talking about new content in terms of having more choices on what to wear and use in battle.
So, grabbing a Caldari Scout and changing bonus from precision to range isn't adding new content. it's just tweaking already available content.
But giving us two Caldari Scouts, one with precision bonus, the other with range bonus, that equals new content... or at least to me it does.
So, since there are no BPO's right now, introduction of BPO's is new content. And CCP can follow suit with new suits (heh, pun) by adding new content in the form of already existing content (but with changed slots, stats etc) while keeping the old content in the market.

like the raven cal c-1 is just a bpo of the cal a-1 that you buy with isk with any and all bonus that you have in the suit
Also if they are like the bpo one we got in closed beta you will need to be skilled into them to use them, they are not the NVS like the dragonfly suits are
oh, ok. I see what you mean. Since the stats and slots are the same you don't consider them new content. While I consider different color schemes new content, I get what you're saying. Yeah, it's kind of a bummer there isn't a something besides color to differentiate them from their isk counterparts.
it would be nice if maybe they replenished shields a little differently, or maybe could run a little faster etc.
But before this, i didn't think CCP was able to add new stuff to the store. Now that I now they can, I'm excited to see what that means in terms of adding new content (based off of already existing content).
I guess I sort of just jumped the gun when I said "new content." sorry. (^_^ ;)

I can't believe that Sever is winning, it looks the ugliest. IMO. Anyways, sorry if this has already been asked, but will there be more BPO sales in the future?
I really want to buy a BPO, but I want a color I can be happy with. If Sever wins, and a new one is coming down the road (like Covenant, maybe), I'll be willing to wait. But I would literally cry myself to death if it turns out that this will be the one and only time a non-beta player like me can buy one and I skip out because I don't want pukey-orange.
Please, CCP, don't let me die... (T-T )

I hope they're not too expensive. I bought a 10 dollar psn card for tomorrow, just for a BPO (unless the Orange one wins, then I'll probably buy Knytt Underground or something).
On a side note, when I finally got the chance to go to Gamestop it was filled with men trying to buy Destiny. I felt so awkward kind of shuffling along, looking at the 3ds games and planning my future Dust fittings. (o_O )

... awww, that sucks. that money is burning such a hole in my pocket. Must resist temptation to buy something... must wait for (non-Sever) BPO release!! Grrrr.
P.S. I hope we don't have to wait until hotfix delta.
