The idea to make it public comes from Pie Ground Control, which is a public amarr channel that quite regularly won with pick up groups, as well as having a lot of access to players and OB support. But hey, Let's try to make cheap shots at people (even when they are in no way accurate), people who tried to attempted to get the other channels involved and were met with attitudes like "Why would I ever play with people I don't know!
