I was watching this video and I realized that the RR was dominating in CQC... unless everyone else in the video just couldn't aim and you had easy kills......

This video clearly demonstrates we need to increase the hip fire dispersion of the ScR. It can be used in CQC just as well as long range.

There may be three explaination why two heavies against one 300 / 300 suit with a Rail Rifle in CQC lose the fight:

1) They truly, seriously suck, wich is even not so possible considering the HMG has a wide bullet dispersion, so you don't really have to be precise

2) Lag. Bad lag. The kind of lag that makes you appear in one spot while you're not there anymore.

3) Crappy hit detection. The OP should be dead at 3:49, but he takes close to no damage.

Have you tried an assault rail rifle?
I got my skill in rails to four and slayed with the new ARR I got. The dps was quite good.
