They are doing better than they ever were but there are two minor issues I wanna point out.
They have the same amount of armor as the cal scout, minny scouts should have a little more. Raise the base armor of the minny scout by 10 to a total of 80
[*]The gal scout has a base pg of 74, where as the minny scout has 62. I don't know who's idea it was to have such a gap exist but it is limiting the minny scouts capabilities quite severely compared to the gal scout. I'd say raising the minny scouts base pg by 4 should be a good tweak.[\*] |

Your first suggestion is terrible Im assuming you're one of "those" min scouts who armor tank and use precisions or damage mods. Minmatar are dual tankers generally, and yes I run a reactive plate with 3 shield extenders. I just find it depressing that a dual tanking racial suit has the same base armor as a shield tanking racial suit. I went for the shield nerf to go along with the armor buff to bring them closer in value while simultaneously shutting up any cal scouts whining for a sprint speed buff *cough* guy up there *cough* |
