At the same time a logi who mixes equipment and loses fitting space thanks to no bonus is rewarded for being more use to the team instead of just spamming equipment.

That and have you seen the PG/CPU cost of a Pro hive? I'd assume not,it's very fitting intensive and only cal could run them with your suggestion.
This is just a "nerf da logeeze" thread masquerading as a legit bonus thread.

Also,all scouts get a fitting reduction to cloaks not just one,fail example is fail.
I run Amarr logi and I can tell you one very big problem with suits right now is the fact that my scout is a much better logi than my logi. Not only can I deliver uplinks faster as well as be battle ready, I can also see more and share more passive scans to my team. This is actually a nerf the fake logi thread if you are going to label it as nerfing anything.
Had you taken the time to look at the role bonus portion you would see that this would create a huge reward for the logi who specializes far enough into one suit to open up the pg/cpu to be able to run multiple pieces such as a min logi who can get away with carrying a rep tool a needle and rep hives (only an example).
Also if you look at the "uniform slot layout" idea they are trying to move towards then these bonuses work far better towards getting people specced into a suit than anything. |

Basically all logi's would be the same. Homogenization of classes is bad, so no.

There aren't enough electrons in the observable universe to store the data of the amount of times I want to say no to this.
Logis need more equipment buffs. Like slightly better with non-racial equipment, and really good with racial equipment (this we already have). Simply adding a 2% dual bonus to the other pieces of equipment will be a godsend.

Amarr +10 max spawns on uplinks (flat) -7.5% spawn time modifier per level
Winmatar 25% hacking speed (flat) 5% movement speed per level(does not modify
Caldari +50% bonus to nanite clusters(flat) +7.5% resupply and armor repair per level
Gallente pending active scanner buff* +37.5% active scanner precision(flat) +7.5% active scanner visability and cooldown per level
*hopefully ccp will change active scanners to share scans with squad AND team AND give intel kill assist points from those outside of team.. [i]+10 from team +15 from squad

This still leaves multi use logis in the dark and does not solve the biggest problem I know. Scouts are now a better logi than logis and this needs to be solved. Equipment bonuses should be on a fitting basis only.
This also gets rid of the whole argument on how Amarr / Caldari bonuses should be applied when changing suits. |

I like this, but feel some of your numbers are a bit high. Something like this might be more reasonable:
logi role bonuses
+100% bonus to equipment HP* +50% range on rep tools +25% rep amount +1 carried equipment per level* -5% PG/cpu cost of equipment per level
*allow equipment to be automatically restocked at Supply Depots without changing suits
logi racial bonuses
Amarr +10 max spawns on uplinks (flat) -5% spawn time modifier per level
Winmatar 25% hacking speed (flat) 5% movement speed per level (does not modify)
Caldari +25% bonus to nanite clusters (flat) +5% resupply and armor repair per level
Gallente pending active scanner buff* +25% active scanner precision (flat) +5% active scanner visability and cooldown per level
*hopefully ccp will change active scanners to share scans with squad (only) AND team AND give intel kill assist points from those outside of team.. [i]+10 from team +15 from squad

Suit bonuses should be applied/continued when changing into Logi suits of the same race. When changing races (or roles), the suit bonuses should NOT continue as the new bonuses from the new race (or role) would then be in effect.
