My question is, is something like this possible in a hotfix? Technically, there are no new assets being made, it's simply switching bonuses from one type of suit to another. The argument has been made before to make commandos into light suits (I personally agree with them) but I wonder what the extent of hotfixes is. What exactly is the limit of hotfixing, assuming we only use in game assets?

tl;dr on my question: what is the limit of changes with hotfixes.
tl;dr on commandos as lights: some people think commandos would be better as light suits, being sneaky (though not as much as scouts) and quicker than mediums, since real life commandos are about stealth and sabotage.

I've never heard of mediums, always light suits.
