Is hit detection a " Hard Fix " ???

CCP would fix the issue if there was one, but according to them there is nothing wrong, so why else would the red team not take damage? Lag is the answer, but then why oh why doesn't "lag" not effect them? The damage they deal hits me no issues, and yet the red team seems impervious. Cheaters, cheating. That is the issue here.

That is the issue here. i'm beginning to think people are cheating too. if the player kill screen is correct i have died some bull st deaths. killed from 7m away from nova knife, did he throw them? basic forge gun instant killing my tank dealing over 7000 damage. basic nades also instant killing me in heavy suit doing 3x the amount of damage. just a few. and i don't get why the lag never effects the other team. seems to always favor the same people. See this is a prime example of the cheating that ***** happens. The same gun in a standard players hand take 1/2 a clip to down me, and yet the same gun in the cheaters hand take me out in 2 bullets. Complex dam mod or not that is clear cheating. There are many cheaters in dust. Its not lag, its not a lack of skill. Yes I should die, but the amount of death is crap when a weaker gun hurts twice as much as my proto.
David Mustane D3M3NT3D M1NDZ 62	Posted - 2014.08.29 01:16:00 - [3] - Quote as bad as it is, the only advice I can say is if you run into these cheaters, run a free suit the rest of the match( which now hinders all you do) or leave the match and try again. Personally for me, I will call them out on it, for the rest of the day.
