Of course I'm talking about proto sub with almost maxed skills.
Back in build 1 I use to dual carry smg's and it was amazing, in chromosome I did the same and again it was great. Now it seems to work pretty well also, more so with the damage mod buff. Sometimes I put an ishukone on my skinweave gal scout and I'm amazed how well it kills suits, even heavy suits if you get the jump on them. Does anyone else use it as a primary? Gal scout with 2 damage mods is borderline op, ultimate ambush your face weapon in the right hands.

I do. SMG SCP, SMG NKs cause proto min scout. Wrecks everything and i only have proficiency 1.

I haven't been bold enough to run it as my primary weapon but I don't make a suit without it on there and there's been occasions where most of my kills come from it. I've only got OP 4, iirc, and sharpshooter at 3. I mostly use the M209.

i had a look at proto assault SMG on minmatar Assault. they get 100 bullets in clip and can run with 2x and are as fast as scouts at 7.14m/s even with 4x reactive plates and get liek 47.5 hp/s regen on shield and like 405 shield hp and 450 armor.. witht he cpu and pg use of assault smg it would make me think that maybe having minny assault run like a scout could be what all those assault wannabe scouts should try.. granted you may lose the cloak due to cpu/pg
