It simply can't keep up, the current meta with the influx of scramblers is really rough on it as well, you're simply going to get chewed up harder than the other guys. so with poor scan range you'll need to either leech scans off your squad or run a scanner and try to stay towards the back with a rail or your own scram. That or hope you have a much better gun game that the other guy. honestly I still favor my cal scout over the assault even with the cal bonus being incorrectly coded and not working.

My buddy runs with kal RR,shields,regulators,energizers (these that give more %),Core locus,eq of choice etc etc. Caldari Loyalist Markiplier fan. Got 6815 WP only on wrecking tanks with Ion Cannon.

Those are your friends. You should also use a recharger/energizer instead ofjust tanking your suit with shield modules. 30 hp/s is not nearly enough for a Caldari suit. You don't need a ton of HP on the caldari suits, just need to make sure you're using at least one complex regulator to cancel out the negative effects of stacking shields (I usually go with 2 complex one enhanced as the enhanced has much less of a penalty for about 18 hp decrease and a bunch of fitting space), and to make sure your shields are always recharging. With this kind of fitting strategy you will still find pg very hard to come by, but there's plenty of options for how to fit your suit. Why not try a profile dampener? You're using too many Complex Extenders. They take up a suspicious amount of PG, and you're better off with 1 or 2 Energizers anyway. Caldari suits need Energizers and Regulators to keep the shield up. Running all Extenders is as effective as having a mediocre amount of armor with a logibro that dozes off occasionally. 2. You're stacking Complex Armor Plates. Don't do that. Nuff said. 3. You're trying to fit everything proto. You're not supposed to do that. Scale a few modules down and don't think of it as a sacrifice or loss, because it isnt. 4. If none of those reasons apply, then the answer is the weapon fitting optimization skills. Those Rails and Scramblers are the definition of high PG usage. Also remember that "shield tanker" suits aren't supposed to fill the same tactical role as the armor ones. Having less HP but much more regen (if fitted right), shield suits fare better facing outliers of the group and using the environment to their advantage. Whereas armor suits are best at holding the frontline against multiple enemies, provided they have support. ...That last part is my take on it, I could be wrong. I'm not experienced with PC. But my point is, another possible reason you're having trouble fitting your suit, is that you're trying to fit it for something it's not intended to do. But it's all opinion. Train those fitting skills up and you'll have the 7 or 8 PG you need. I don't redline snipe, jihad LAV, cloak shotgun, spawncamp, use aim assist, or FoTM chase. Honor is my playstyle.
