I hate to be "that guy", but someone's gotta say it.
Most of the players in this game won't bring a full 16 to any battle because they only care about winning by any means?! The honor and pride of fighting with your guys as a team in any effort does not matter to most of these guys.
They will lag switch, hack, and anything else they can do to win. Getting ringers is technically supposed to be a last ditch effort because your a-team is m.i.a., or you're trying to build relations with a friendly corp. They should not be your bread-n-butter for every PC match?! They should be on standby for the occasional missing A-teamer. Not your starting line-up for christ sake?!
I know some ppl may get all epically butthurt by this comment, but I'm sure the feeling is mutual in the dust community. No one likes to get all battle ready for a 16v16 competent mercs just to get there and there's 4 of you . On top of that you brought everyone and their mother from every corp in PC to fight some new corp of guys who started a month ago?
Look if you loose a district get it back! So what?! There's no monetary gain in having them anymore anyway, and the chance for making money is heightened by the amount of fights you have. Maybe it's just me, but win or loose, I enjoy fighting with my mates more than anything else. Yes I fight hard to win, but I'm not throwing away members because they aren't all primo players?! We are close to being able to field two fully proto teams at once because we raise good players up from nothing! Most of these PC teams have barely a solid 16?! Then their B-squad is full of ringers, and some A-squads are 6 corp and the rest ringers?!?! Win or loose you can't say we hid behind anyone, and that's more important than anything else to me.
If your corp can field a full 16 big ups to you! If you can't keep fighting hard, and spend a little more time training your guys to bring up their specialties. For the record I don't mean any disrespect to anyone. I just remember when I first started, and demented minds top guys took me into multiple pc's in my advance gear, and they didn't have to. What that did was open my eyes to what the real players in this game were capable of. It showed me where I needed to specialize, and upgrade. It taught me how important comms were, and how to direct a squad and team. I'm ranting, but I think you get the point. I would rather be respected for fair-play, honor, and competent battle strategy than hated for being a douche. o7

Heimdallr69 wrote:There's no lag switching in this game... Of course we hack, some of us actually take the points so we can win?
Of course there isn't! That guy is just not taking dmg, rubber banding across the map, and I'm continually hacking a point that won't go through because he spec'd into his bs efficiency?! Let me spec into that next... oh wait... I don't see it on the skill tree.
No but seriously, it's no longer a secret guys?! Stop saying it can't be done simply because you think the bulk of the community don't know?! The majority of the community just has better things to do than to actually make a lag switch to win at a video game?! Please don't start attacking me with all the technical bs about why it can't be done when I work in military I.T., and know that it in fact can be used in this game on these servers?! I digress.
Just shoot straight is my point. Nobody likes to loose, but it happens. Be a good sport, toss over some "good games" and "hey bro nice shooting", and move on. o7

A part of me wants to get the popcorn out, but the other part is wondering if this isn't a bit of scare tactics and rabble rousing? Calls em like I see em.
Nizzle, bro these guys don't look to be scared of an ass-whooping? Pops always told me when you whoop a man ass, and he just gets up and puts his fist back up, you may have a problem?!

sota pop? or pops as in aries?
I can take that one on the chin cuz everybody knows Ares Eris, Redrum jack, Vespers, Jace silencer, and a lot more from the old demented minds crew practically raised me in this game.... but they also know to go proto when they face us too

For some, but that's what separates leaders from followers, man from beast, and civilization from savage. The ability to do battle with a code of honor at the forefront of your actions. I digress. Most won't understand.

we use 16 Pure Evil with the occasional Ancient Exile tag(We're all still AE. at heart) in every battle bar circumstances where that is not possible. :3[/quote
That's a commendable stand! That's also the story that gets told when it is all said and done! They will say you wore your banners proudly, win or lose, and you were ferocious! If I want to fight the ringers someone gathers I'd just attack them directly lol?! If I attack your corp, naturally I expect to see atleast 10 of you, right?

Wow! You can cut the animosity in this room with a knife?! Funny that Nizzle started this whole post on some dumb****, and now he's "left" a corp he was practically running(or got the boot)? Did I read that right jammah? Wish I could come on and chat with you bro, but I'm away from the crib right now?!
Glad to see NAE planning to bring their guys to the forefront! Win or lose you can learn and grow from the experience! Honor and respect is more important than bragging about wins. Winning is nice l, but it isn't everything! NAE has some tough guys, and with a little more organization you guys can still hold your own. As well as keep your respect. o7

No districts, you boys keep changing and trading?! It's hard to keep up with who's fighting who?! And Nyain san is apparently, all of a sudden, giving them away?! ~scratching my head~
Right now we're concentrating on getting our members PC ready. We can afford ringers, but prefer to do the work off the sweat of our own brow. Nothing against anyone else's tactics, but we know each other well on the battlefield, and haven't been working too much with anyone else. We're always looking for merchandise work though, and we have a PC squad that was good enough to take on SAM-MIK +O.B. support and win.
Anything comes to mind that you got isk spare for, you give old D3ATH CARD a call. o7

This is true, sadly?! As for guys continuing to change corps like underwear, I think that has a lot to do with pre-madonna syndrome?!

O.H. is extremely tactical, and of one mind when they fight. Alot of "good" players tend to get over confident. Never forget the srruggle, always stay humble, and never stop challenging yourself. Proto suits 24/7, proto stomping, and q sincing can make members soft and dependent on those advantages. Go back to 6 man squads in basic suits, and get your grind on! You will hone your fire tactics this way. Often the team that loses in PC is the team that fights individually, and the team that adapts too slowly?! You guys already know you're monsters so you have nothing to prove in the pubs to anyone. o7

Anything comes to mind that you got isk spare for, you give old D3ATH CARD a call. o7 Wasn't the match against SAM-MIK you are referring to the one where our way over confident FC went into the match with like 13 people. Some of which were our B team atr the time. I wasn't in the match, but if memory serves the next match they brought a full team and beat you guys without too much difficulty?
The 3rd match consisted of ringers on your side while we brought D3ATH CARD every battle. The first battle we field a b team as well who wanted some PC experience while the second was all vets. A lot of our new guys had never even fought in PC, and loosing didn't discourage them. We learned from our mistakes, and won the second battle because whoever you did field was completely shocked on the front. They couldn't keep up with the speed either as every point got hacked around them while they tried to push C and A with heavies. The 3rd battle was again some newer guys as we put a mix of vets and newbies in together so as to teach them team tactics at that level while you guys brought the most ringers out of all 3 battles including nickmunson for your lack in speed.
I'm not waving any flags, but only stating facts. Bradric Banewolf is no **** talker bro! I fight! The videos were posted on youtube of all 3 battles if memory serves correctly. Anyone could see who we brought to the fight, how we fought, and who we fought. You guys in here spend alot of time trying to look tough. The whole point of our attacks was training our new guys, and getting back into PC since we hadn't fought in PC since leaving D3M3NT3D MINDZ. Nothing against you guys at all, and those were great fights. Maybe we can do it again sometime, but currently like everyone else, were recruiting and training tactics. Also, working on forming dust side alliances so maybe one day we'll find ourselves covering each others back who knows! o7
