I didn't like it as much as I thought, I give it a 7/10, but I already pre-order so w/e. I just wish I could play Dust right now but the game is so laggy right now it has become impossible for me to play.

Enjoy your childish game. You'll be back for more serious gunplay.

What serious gunplay ..??.. , oh you mean how you can just hit someone because you fired in their general direction or how some of the rifles are just unbalanced and give an overwhelming edge where you can use militia variants of the rifle and need not put a point into the gun , get some damage mods and your good to go or how they just boosted sidearm mods and gave them the biggest boost and now their revisiting the weapons themselves so now we will have OP @ss rifles and side arms , so you won't even need a rifle because dual-side arms will be way more efficient .

Real gun game is not spray and pray .

Real gun game is not " tracer " rounds following you around a corner and killing you from being shot at an angle that leaves one to question , " How the hell did that happen ? " .. because you were running around a corner to cut off the angle but somehow the rounds still followed you .

Real gun game is not the side arms being more powerful than the rifles .

Dust does not have real gun game , it's whoever gets hit first and has the weapon with the most DPS coming out on top by triple damage mod usage .

Boost the TTK only to give the weapons more power and cut the CPU / PG on the suits so you can not defend yourself but encourage damage mod stacking .

These people don't know what they want to do or the direction to go in , there about as confused as the majority who campaigns for FOTM and OP methods such as RE tosses or cloaked shotgun and nova knife usage or RR , SR and CR's ruling the killfeeds and cutting down everything in their paths , at militia even .

There is no gun game in Dust .

Spray and Pray is not gun game , hell .. you don't have to aim , just shoot in someone's direction .

The game lacks depth to me. I'll probably play it, as I've already bought it, but I don't see spending a lot of time on the game nor do I see it replacing Dust as my go-to game.

Dude what depth are you talking about.

Besides lore Dust has none, it's every other shooter out there but with terrible mechanics, and given the displays of the community..... I doubt you have any knowledge whatsoever regarding Dusts Lore.............

And to think I once loved Dust for what it was............

Depth, as in different drop suits, modules, types of modules, vehicles, corps...

There's more, and you can't customize this much in any other game, which is where the depth is at. Of course there are flaws, there has to be something wrong.


This is a ridiculously difficult game to balance given the meta game, all of the customization that is possible, and the level of complexity in this game. It just isn't feasible for a game that doesn't have the budget or enough producers on the game for such a task.
