Range amps need to be moved to high slots. Low side has all the tools for a scout, range amp, damps, kin cats & cardio. High side only gets precision.
Other than that, love my calscout!

I'd like to run my amps high, because I run an E-war Cal assault-so CCP give this man his request!
Why don't you make E-war mods interchangeable as high or low-this makes as much sense as a Gaullente running fullretard with a CR or RR, and stops some tanking.

Too many variables that could go wrong. The only acceptable modules would be the green, red, and blue bottles, as they would not be OP, only more useful for other suits.

While precision bonus on gallente is almost completely useless, you can't scan minimal dampened scouts, but you would scan medium anyway, even without the bonus.

its a heavys best friend. stick a couple range amps on it, shield extenders and a core repper and a hive and as long as the heavy is a squad mate he can hunt the red dots for ya and just sit back enjoying the WP's even with ADV suit/gear i have a 60m scan radius

Minmatar is already viable. I wish i could skill into it and knife people with it, but you know you need up to 5 to actually put a decent fit on that suit.
