We win roughly 85 out of every 100 Amarr battles.
We take 12 people minimum into roughly 90 out of every 100 battles.
We bring orbital support to roughly 70 out of every 100 battles.
Coincidence? NO, Teamwork is certainly OP and should be nerfed immediately.
If going into Amarr please take a minimum of 6 people as it is really not cool having all these randoms giving away our districts while we are busy taking more. If you need a Q-Sync channel for Amarr feel free to message me. |

Preferably queu sync two. queue-syncing, i view it as an exploit as its a way to circumvent the matchmakeing system. as for joining squads i do "hot-drop" into squads with free room but if its on cal/amarr side it always seems to be a complete pushed back to the MCC type fight.. or even worse we dont even get to cap a single thing.. that is why cal and amarr fw hardly have any good players.. its cause they all join min/gal cause they too are sick of being steamrolled. What about "there is no matchmaking in FW" are you not understanding? Do we need to get crayons out?
LOL some people dont bother to look at how something works before griping.
FW match CREATION as it could be better called is built almost specifically to support q-syncing. You are able to choose which side of the battle you want and priority for entering the match is given to squads. Feel free to search past dev blogs to confirm this. If you want matchmaking go back to pubs. If you want a fight get a real group of players together and go hope that someone has done the same on the opposite side.
I left all my crayons out in the sun so I had to just type it instead.

2) Don't play for the Amarr during daytime hours in the US (for whatever reason, that's been a losing proposition as long as I can remember)
3) ????
4) Profit
Admittedly, 8 months ago, if you weren't rolling with PCLAS or Cubs, you were screwed in Amarr FW. But, with a recent influx of talent like Deezy's crew, nighttime in the US continues to be pretty much a steamroll for the Empire. (and yes, sorry to say it True, the winning percentage is pretty high, but I remember some losses in squads with you. Hell, I even lost 2 in a row with Cubs' squad on the field one night. That was shocking to say the least, but it was against 15 Ultramarines so I guess it shouldn't have been)
As for Caldari, well, sometimes Hellstorm and a couple guys from my corp play there and I can get a good fight with them. Otherwise, yeah, it's kindof a lost cause. Malleus' comment about the lack of a single channel was hilariously accurate.
Blush..... hahaha
I operate on a simple premise that 3 things are necessary for a win in this game.
In order of importance:
1. Numbers (more players coordinating than on the opposite side) 2. Coordination 3. Gear (aka SP)
In factional 2 of these 3 things MUST exist or you are wasting your time. Obviously in PC that would be different due to the fact that all 3 have been obtained and the right equipment must be used to form a complete team as well as having skilled players.

Also, I agree with you that we don't need matchmaking per se in FW, but, lets be honest, there is no matchmaking in pubs.
Gear is third because it only comes into play as something needed if one of the other principles fall short.
Also, agreed matchmaking in pubs is a rouse at best in most cases but it is an attempt because it is meant to be there. This is why on a weekly basis I run 10-15 pubs maximum and 40-50 factionals minimum.
Soon we will have our daytime crew back running at its former glory as well so that we can keep things on track taking districts faster than randoms can give them back. The influx to FW brought by Charlie forced some alterations to my plans which will come to light over the next couple of weeks.
