They have to aim with hmgs to kill people, with the burst hmg they have to presso R1 multiple times.... This weapon requires skill and that is why it is not OP. You have to think carefully when shooting with a burst hmg because even if it has around 1000 dmg x burst you will have to reload after an engage with 5/6 people, and that is only if you aim properly.
I repeat it, you have to aim with the hmg, it means having the enemy somewhere near that Big circle you have in the center of the screen. It requires skill and that makes it balanced.
Also sentinels should be King of cqc. That is why they have the highest Ehp, the highest dps. They are supposed to engage 5 or more enemies at the same time and #rekt 'em!
You have to AIM with hmg! That' s so hard!!!

Remove shared passive scans and all of a sudden, Sentinels can now never see you sneak up on them.
It's the fact that their logistics and scout buddies in the squad help them find enemies easily.

To be entirely honest. if you have a small team you can wreck them. just 3 scramblers and 3 rail rifles focus firing and i bet you those heavies don't act so cocky even if there are 16 of them. Though more likely 6 rail rifles. because rail rifles can't miss. even when the person shooting them doesn't aim, is dancing back and forth, and waving his arms in the air like he just don't care! |
