Why the minmitar scout is OP

It can regen all its shield instantly and has like 400 armor. Couple that with the OP weapons it has, and you can see why this fit is the rage of every PC team in existence. I get calls on the Batphone from those OP hacker cheater timer stacker corps like Stormwind Strikeforce and Sebiestor Field Sappers all the time for me to ring for them just cause i have access to this OPness. I think its time we nerf the Minja, maybe by making it have a scan profile of 55 so that it can't be dampened while being able to fit such OP gear. Or, we could take away its ability to equip Nanite Injectors, which is the real thing that makes it OP. It has better regen than a Logi and can fit the same gear!!!
