We need a way to spend isks. Seriously. I don't think it's that hard to let us have our golden dropsuits, pink lasers on a pink Minmatar heavy suit. Make them cost a lot of isks (and make them consumable) so that people will at least have another way to spend their money on cosmetic items.
Could it be done via hotfix pretty please?

Color changes may be possible via hotfix, but allowing players to do it would require a UI update to give us the "change color to X" button and pallete, which cannot be added via hotfix. |

Well that's true, but it still requires a UI update, and thus a client patch. |
