As of Hotfix Charlie I basically only run PLC & NKs. I also get double kills frequently. But Min-Scout, not ... C-I Assault? That's what your HP looked like to me. I used to use my C-I BPO and Toxin SMG with a KLA-90 from like 1.2 to 1.7. Or I'd be a jerk and run KLA + Core Flaylock on a Gallente Scout. But that was when it was a joke weapon. After Alpha and Bravo made the PLC a legitimate threat it's basically replaced my shotgun
I'm sorry about not getting a double kill i havnt used the plasma cannon since it came out, Plus i had no dammods on nor no prof which im guessing you have got both which i'm thinking helps with your double kills.
Also this was filmed over 5 matches 1 after another we decided to make a montage so we did sorry were not daily plasma cannon users like yourself but all in all i think we did a good job at it.
Just to clarify i didn't say i was a pro at it niether.

So I skilled up Proficiency to unlock Fitting Optimization which reduces the CPU cost some more. Light Weapon Operations V + Plasma Cannon Fitting Optimization V can drop the STD from 71 to 45 CPU, and 34 CPU on an Assault suit. 117 to 75 to 56 CPU for the PRO. That's the dream right now. I'm like 2 million SP away from that though, lol. I really want to run a PLC-only squad now.
