After I rolled a guys double extender single hardened railgun gunnlogi with my missile tank. I will admit, that can be quite the feat, considering it took more volleys to down him than it does to down those pesky installations.

They actually aren't too bad. I think a big part of it is that redesigned AI. They usually don't start shooting unless they are manned or I shoot first. I had expected them to be a lot worse than they are. Infantry work a lot harder to secure / keep them secured so I don't have to worry much about them.
I still take them out if I think they are useless to the team or a potential problem for myself. 2 missile volleys does the trick nicely. But for the most part they are fairly easy to work around, and it's very nice that I'm not getting hit from halfway across the map by a redline missile turret.

I get mad at instils but only when some scrub with no gungame sits on them for the entire match. You shouldnt be able to automatically leave one when your using it just like you shouldn't be able to teleport out of your tank just before it explodes. Vehicles and instils at least need an enter/exit wait time.
Well, on an install they do leave themselves open to attack. I've gunned down more than a few trying to use them.

Thanks for the response. o7 Have noticed the same (especially in Ambush). Infantry fight pretty hard over installations now :-)
Oh yeah they do, those blaster installs are DEADLY to infantry. Much like the large blaster on a tank is now.

A majority of hatemails are far to vulgar to mention though, however my honerable mention for this list has to be JK420's message to me after leaving DDB. I'm sure glad that my old pal forwarded me a nice mail about me from JK... Too bad this old friend changed :/

Yes, back when any noob could jump in a tank and 2 shot everything. Tanking was broken back then and not a determination of "skill" !

And are you talking about Nate? He was in that match with me, me and him were rolling everything.
